It is a terrible thing that happened, but I don't understand the story either. The wording is odd, seems like it written in a hurry.

the wording is more than poor. it's extremely unprofessional, i've read reports from 3rd graders that are more clear and explanatory.

What is up with the website Fox8? Too many misused words, misspellings, incoherent sentences and grammatical errors. I always thought news people were better than the average joe at communicating. Don't your computers have spell check on them?

this is a bad way of reporting a story...
I thought news reporters had some kind of education on how to write a report..Or at least have a proof reader it saddens me to see this mistyped story on my nephew...

I could do a better job than that and I only graduated from HS!!!!! Fox8 is not the only website with these problems.

Leave it to Fox 8 to leave us baffled. Please, folks, invest in a copy of Warriner's English Grammar and Composition.

The lady who claims to be his aunt dont really make sense, poor wording, not sure where you became a pro at typing but it doesnt show. I heard the guy pitched a fit and tore apart someones mailbox, this thing called karma happens, so people need to be careful what they do and who they do it to.... Not meaning the mail box incident but who is to say the guy didnt get pissed and lay down in the road, word is he had some serious issues going on.

My child was at the scene. It appeared as though the victim was intoxicated, at least that is what the family members stated at the scene. The victim appeared to be mad and knocked down a mailbox and then laid down in the road. He was wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt. The driver was on his way to work at 5 a.m. when he struck the man who was laying sideways across the road. At 5 a.m. it is still pitch black outside. The "newspaper delivery" people he was riding around in the car with just left him there. It does not sound like a newspaper route to me. The victim lived within walking distance from where he was struck and it only took a few minutes for his family to arrive. I think some of his family were in the car with him before the accident. My son said the driver was distraught and the nearby residents remained there until EMS and police arrived. It was tragic but the driver should not be blamed. He could not be seen on the black road in dark clothes just laying there. He did not, have a seizure, according to the witnesses, who were unbiased.

You may know a little more, but given the fact of his previous criminal record and history of wreckless driving and damade to other peoples property he shouldn't have been riding with anyone. Witnesses state that he was intoxicated so I assume you know more about this as well, if he had a serious condition with seizures then he should have been on medications. From a medical srand point and just so you know I am a medical professional, most seizure drugs inhibit people from driving and have adverse side effects. Also if he had been drinking people who have seizures currently or in the past know that alcohol can cause the onset of a seizure whether medicated or not.

Right because a person's driving record has to do with them being a passenger in a car. Also if the said person was in such a state I think it is up to the people accompanying him to take care of him instead of leaving him supposedly lying in the road.

It's obvious you aren't a medical professional and its questionable if you are even a human being.
