Have you tried running a business? I agree with the constant running out of food but why do you think that is? Obviously because they are popular. They engage the town well. Sometimes staff is slow but because they have many people to serve. Maybe they could hire more people and solve that problem.

Renagade - Looks like you are one of the toolbags on here who run their mouth behind a fictitious/anonymous name. Do you happen to work at High Tides or Riverboat? Why would you be talking crap about the best restaraunt in town unless you either 1) had an agenda, 2) are a former disgruntled employee, or 3) just a douchebag with no real argument other then they ran out of Pabst when you were there and do not serve hot wings?

Which is it assclown?

And once again a great business is being slandered. Food is always great, the beer is cold and they provide music and entertainment.

If I recall, your attempt at humor got a business some bad topix postings didn't it?

although I do not agree with the person who started this, I don't see an opinion qualifying as slander. Just me

I eat at every restaurant in town. They are all just fine. Food is good and service is good. If you are having a problem talk to your server or the manager. That will get you better results than a bunch of crap on Topix.

Yes, and I have made my apologies several times. This is slightly different. This time I am defending a business against an obvious disgruntled employee or a customer. The "Hunan incident" was a joke aimed at the same type of posters who initiated this thread.

Went to Dockside for dinner last night. Enjoyed another delicious meal and went out back to look at all the improvements. They have done remarkable things with palm trees, swings, a stationary boat, tiki bar, etc. In fact, the place was filled to capacity with folks relaxing and enjoying themselves. More good times in our little town.

Have enjoyed Dockside for over 15 years. Good food, great staff and fine atmosphere inside and out.
Jordan and Shannon have done a good job.

You're probably correct. I apologize for the use of the term slander. I do question however, whether or not this person actually made a complaint to the restaurant.... or just decided to stir up controversy on this website.

Dockside has done a GREAT job with the grounds in back! White sand, games, tiki bar, music, lights and palm trees...Not a long wait to get a drink and a smile from the bartender, unlike some other venues in town. Now they have an "oyster bar" , or fresh "seafood bar". Let's hope they are served on ice.

The crowd is a bit younger lately. I do miss the "older" crowd that used to come on Sundays to dance in the afternoons... The town is made up of alot of older people. That should be considered, as these older people could help support Dockside in the "off season"..

Dockside's food and service was always good for us. They have a great breakfast menu. We no longer go to Dockside because they promote Davis Cab. Used to eat there three times a week or so.

I agree. Davis Cab is questionable. It would be nice to see the thieves go out of business and move back to Maryland.
Anderson Cab is great to deal with.

Have you ever seen the kitchen in Dockside? If you did you would not dine there. Also why do their hometown employees keep walking out? My understanding is that it has a lot to do with the way they were mistreated by Jordan and Shannon.

Wow! Where the hell did you come from? And with this $hit?! Jordan and Shannon treat their employees VERY fairly! Are you sure you are not talking about the occasional F-up that gets hired and decided to bitch about it on their way out? Or are you one of them? Hmmmmm..... Tell us your real name and we will judge the validity of your comments... Until then, your an ass-clown.
