I for one would like to say to friends in King GEORGE COUNTY. I am sorry that three members of Caroline County pass the mining on Black Marsh Farm. They have sold us all out, this is a disgrace to us all. When Caroline County went against all the zoning rules that the people in the Rappahannock River Valley and Port Royal have fought for years to stop growth on this side of county. It is sad that the Port Royal supervisor was the winning vote.I can only guess that Bobby Popowic did not listen to his people. What away to leave the BOS.and lose any respect he might have had. Again thanks for trying to help save the Rappahannock River.
