They're saying that there were no mechanical problems with the truck before the accident. I personally find that hard to believe. Unless this is a last ditch effort to shuck responsibility away from the "guy in charge" to the driver just to make the rescue squad look good. Let's not all forget that this ambulance has been seen many times over being towed back into Colonial Beach. Food for thought. I'm happy everyone made it out with non-life-threatening injuries last night.

The driver was also known to drive at high rates of speed and had some issues lately according to people at the squad. What's true?

Hopefully their insurance company will investigate.

These people just escaped a horrific accident and haven't even begun the recovery process yet. How bout you let things play out and stop slinging accusations? That would be a welcome change on this board.

Is Alex "the princess" still in charge of the junior squad members? If so, does anyone think she is a real role model? EVERYONE knows her daughter does not belong to her husband. If you go to food lion you can see her baby's daddy. Or if you go behind food lion about 2am maybe she still meets him there in the white car

Word has it, active membership is at an all time low because people are having problems with the current chief. This is coming directly from current members, not just your average everyday citizen. And apparently their units are still breaking down regularly, while on calls with patients in the back! What happened to this place?

That's not the intent. The organization can stand, but the shift in personnel has to be done. No one mentioned, except you, anything to do with selling equipment, facilities, or capabilities. Does Sparky or his minions physically own the vehicles or buildings, or does the organization? Keep the organization, but clean house. let's not throw the baby out with the bath water.
The town owns the building. The taxpayers paid and govt funding paid for the vehicles. The only thing the origami action owns is the charter and the town can take it just like a lot of counties have done.

This history says nothing about the building that houses the squad nor does it state how equipment is purchased. I did find it intresting that in one paragraph Fredericksburg was 35 miles away and the in the last paragraph Fredericksburg was only 25 miles away. We gained 10 miles!

Talk to the squads agent about assets and ownership, or the current President of the Corporation. Facebook/website and recognition achieved tell a much different story than you boat people desire to have aired :)
Nice red herring about distances :)

lol, some people assume a lot calling people boat people. That tells a lot of what one knows.
