Wow, seriously? Who comes out and makes a comment like this?? If you can sit there and make this comment you seriously have problems. Man, if that was your child you really wouldn't be saying that. You don't know what was going on in that car, so you don't even have the write to say anything. So ignorant!
Anyway, to the family of Anthony hearts go out to all of you at this time! I know what you're going through because i know exactly what it's like to lose someone so very close to you. Although i did not know Anthony like that, i know of him and i've heard many great things about him. It's very sad that he didn't get to live his full life, but just know that he is in a better place away from all pain. God needed a special angel to help him out and he knew that Anthony would make the perfect one.
To everyone that knew Anthony and loved him dearly he is looking down on you right now. Don't worry he is still there with and he always will be.
To the other boys in the accident Adrian, Mark, Mike and Matt. Adrian i pray that you pull through. We've already had one loss we can't have another. Everyone knows that you're a strong person, so hang in there. Mark, Matt and Mike please get well soon. Be strong!
Everyone that loves one or all of the boys that were involved in this accident needs to hold it together, be strong for the ones who survived and live out the life of Anthony by keeping the memories of him alive.
R.I.P Anthony Feather, you will be missed by soo many people and you're loved by sooo many people. To his fam hold it together for him.
Make it through this Adrian!

"I don't feel at all bad for the loss of this child."

There, but for the grace of God, go we all. None of us who have survived adolescence can say that we never did something foolish or not well thought out.

Yes, there were clearly several points, throughout that night, where one different choice, by an adult or by one of the kids involved, probably would have changed the outcome, but that doesn't change the fact that a child has died, at least one other is severely hurt, and many other family members are heartbroken.

Your posting of that callous comment displays exactly the same level of careless action and unfortunate immature decision making that led to this tragedy. I pray that you don't end up suffering the same consequences of your own youthful lack of concern and impetuous actions.

Anthony Feather was my best friend. I haven know him for 4 years. His loss was a very terrible thing. And to Chris...i cant believe you would have such a audacity to say such a thing. Have you no heart? I am 14 years old and i would never even dream of such, but i am not here for that. I am here to say that I love you Anthony, you will never be forgotten. You were a amazing person and you deserve the most highest of respect. I also give prayer to Adrian,Mark and Mike. R.I.P Ant...I love you.

Wow. The operative word being CHILD. This kid wasn't even driving and had no control of the car. The only responsibility that can be laid on his head is the choice not to wear a seat belt.
Have you ever driven on that road? Do you know anything about what it's like - the twists, the turns, the lack of shoulder, or lighting, drop offs in some areas? Are you aware of what the weather conditions were like in King George that weekend, with high winds?
I am a KGHS parent who is fully aware that there is a serious problem with the teenage drivers in our school - I've been telling my own (non driving) teens since the year started that it was just a matter of time before someone got killed. In all honesty I thought it would happen on campus, not in the middle of the night.
That being said, this accident could have happened to an adult driver just as well. I have heard adult drivers brag about going 70+ on that road. Instead it happened to CHILDREN, and I dare say all 5 of those children lost their lives that night. 4 of them might still be alive, but their childhood is forever gone and they are forever scarred.
Yes, I have harsh feelings about the kind of behavior I see from King George's teen drivers behind the wheels - mostly directed by the lack of supervision provided by the school in the school parking lot. If restraint is not expected of them there, how can they be expected to exhibit it out on the road?
My heart is broken and grieving for these children and their families and friends. Your words drip of ignorance and self righteousness, and I pray that you never have to eat them.

I am guessing you dont have any children, where i have 2, a 16yr old and 15yr old, and i would be sickend if i was to loose one of them. Yea, maybe they shouldnt have been speeding, but Anthony was NOT the driver, and maybe they didnt have seatbelts on, but did you when you were 16?? Im sure you didnt. You have a lot of nerve coming on here and posting this, if you have nothing nice to say, then maybe you need to keep your mouth shut. My kids were very good friends to Anthony and it breaks my heart to see them sad. My heart goes out to the family of Anthony, and as far as you, i am going to pray for you, because you need god after a comment like that. I also hope that you never loose anyone close to you dumbass!!!!

Chris you sorry ass bastard!!! How dare you say something like that! Youre going straight to hell. These are kids! They werent out there drinking and driving, doing drugs or any of the above. The child that was driving made a mistake. Anthony did not ask to die or ask for his life to be taken. God made that choice because he had a different plan for him.I just hope and pray that your sorry ass never have to endure what this family and friends are going through!!!!!

For anyone who knew this family, you would know what true hero's both Ant's mother and aunt truly are. These are two women who have been to the other side, survived it, and came back to give their children the best life possible. the comment from "Chris" not only assures him a place in hell, but shows just how ignorant people can be. Sherri and T., you are my heros! May God continue to watch over you and yours.

First I ALWAYS have and always will wear my seat belt even at 16. I'm not a stupid kid and never was. Second he took his own life by not putting on his seat belt; for such a great kid he sure as hell was a bad role model for anybody under him. Third, how many of these comments about 'oh, it's a mistake' will really be used when Anthony Feather's family sues the driver of the car and his family for every dime they have? You say accident now, she will say irresponsible. She will say fooling around. She will say every awful thing about the boy driving while you all sit here and defend that it was only a mistake. Grow up all of you and please, if you are going to attack me, learn to spell you, it's difficult reading your broken language!

Anthony was my nephew I never got the pleasure or chance to meet, but his step mom Amy my sister, has shared her love and memories of this amazing young man with me.

Sherri, Amy, and Patrick, there are no words to describe this loss to you and your family, but you are in our thoughts and prayers every moment.

I want others to know that my nephew was wearing his seat belt when this terrible tragedy occurred and how precious each of us are. My family's heart and prayers go out to the other teens and families of the accident. We hope and pray for speedy recovery to all the teens involved.
