Winds were 2 to 3 mile per hour. Do ya' thunk the wind blew 'er down? or was it shoddy construction?

I concur. Nolan is so cheap, he doesn't want to pay his own employees let alone buy nails to hold his building up. Rudy the roll tosser just wanted a paycheck for his hard work and now he's someone else's gain.Too bad for nolan.

Wind has nothing to do with this collapse. It simply fell down. The fire department is saying it was wind so his insurance will cover it. More than likely his insurance won't cover collapse. Looked like it was mighty fragile to me. Its easy for a structure to fall right up until the roof decking is on it. Then its a lot more sound.

I heard his ins. ran out. what comes around goes around. If nolan is paying for it and Brandon Vandevetter{or whatever his last name is} is overseeing it you can know things aren't getting done right. Nolan Fogle and his crew are evil, immoral, corrupt people. They have broken so many labor laws in their days that this is all probably meant to be.I do feel terrible about the cons. workers who were innocent just trying to make a living and support their families but everything happens for a reason and this restaurant just is not supposed to be up.

Don't be such jerks about one of this town's most successful businessman and employer. You don't know what you are talking about about the causation of the fall or Mr. Fogle's finances. Jerks like you amount to nothing because you are nothing.

Scary Smart, thank you for your wise assessment about the Fall Creek Inn. You'll have to admit it was appropriately named....Fall Creek Inn.

for some reason you are jealous of Nolan. Great guy. Kind to others. Is fair and honest. I guess you are just upset that you are not part of the organization.

he might be very successful but some of his place is a very dirty and he pays employees very low wages.I will not eat at any of his restaurants and will pass that on to anybody.very dirty and if you look up his the food inspection reports for the state of Missouri he has a lot of failures on them.
