14th Amendment of Constitution--Section 4...reads like this...

The validity of the public debt of the United States,

authorized by law,

including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties

for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion,

shall not be questioned.

But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay

any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection

or rebellion against the United States,

or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave;

but all such debts, obligations and claims

shall be held illegal and void.

That section of the Amendment does not speak to taxes, but rather to debts already owed by the country.

The President has no power to tax anyone. Taxing power is solely that of Congress. Read Article 1 Section 8.

Obozo has said that he will raise the debt ceiling by executive order if he has too.

We only got 44 more days til the debt ceiling EXPIRES, then all HELL will break loose again!

We take in 2 and 1/2 trillion dollars every year in taxes but Obama chooses to spend 3 and 1/2 trillion.
