on themselves by proposing a bill
that would require semi-automatic gun owners
to undergo random inspections of their home
by the
Sheriff of Taney County, Jimmie Russell of Taneyville...OMG !


In fact, the provision has even Obam0_0- Washington DC Democrats all riled up.....it's about time!

"They always say, we'll never go house to house to take your guns away.

But then you see and hear this,
and you have to wonder,"

The provision is clearly targeted at Adam Lanza (Newtown,Connecticut) type shootings,
which involve the killer accessing legal
semi-automatic weapons in his home,
that his Mother bought legally.....OMG !

It would allow the Sheriff, Jimmie Russell,
under the NDAA Law,
to enter your house anytime of day or night,
to inspect whether gun owners had taken adequate steps
to "safely and securely store the assault weapon."...OMG !

Adding injury to insult, the proposed bill, SB 5737,
would prohibit the sale of assault weapons in Branson at www.BassPro.com , with detachable magazines and magazines holding over 10 rounds..... OMG !

The bill has already been amended today to remove the offending provision.

America has a gun culture, its history is based on it. Period. It's written in the Constitution and was forged when the first patriots opened fire on the British soldiers when this counrty was founded.

If the F##k-Head had gone into that school with a chainsaw and chopped up 20 innocent children - would we be now trying to ban chainsaws? Or would the discussion be where it should be - on trying to find these mentally deranged bastards and getting them some mental health assistance or just putting them in institutions before they go postal.

So the convenient political enemy is once again the 'assault weapon'. Yet most murders comitted every frigging day in this country are done with handguns.

"A Missouri lawmaker is proposing to send colleagues to prison for introducing gun control legislation — a plan that even its sponsor acknowledges has no chance of passage but nonetheless highlights the increasingly strident tone of gun measures in Missouri’s generally pro-gun Legislature.

Rep. Mike Leara said Tuesday that he considers his bill a statement of principle. It would make lawmakers guilty of a felony punishable by up to four years in prison if they introduce legislation restricting gun rights.

“I have no illusions about the bill making it through the legislative process, but I want it to be clear that the Missouri House will stand in defense of the people’s constitutional right to keep and bear arms,” Leara, a Republican from suburban St. Louis, said in a written statement. He declined further comment."
