What do you think about the improvements to the town of Kimball? I think it looks very nice. I really like the fence put near City Hall. Other McDowell County towns should follow their example.

This remindss me of several years ago when I bought my 85 year old aunt (from MAC Dowell county) to Charleston with me for a visit. We were riding around looking at the area, highways, etc., when all of a sudden she said "everything really looks so nice. At home they clean the ditches every four years and we get so excited".

I guess everything is relative.
