Why is it that any time a black person is reprimanded for something, the black person and his black defenders always play the race card? Being a particular color does not give anyone the right to break the law. I don't like Cliff Moore because I know him to be the biggest liar in McDowell County. He is also a do nothing delegate. The quarrel with him is not his color but his lack of character. He is dishonest and a real snake oil salesman. He holds the county manager job illegally and the only reason he got it was because he campaigned big time for Lying Ray in the last election. Delegate Moore is a fraud of the worst kind and it has nothing to do with color. It's all about his lack of character. Using the race card to defend Cliff Moore is just plain stupid. Wake up and smell the coffee. He is short timing it. He leaves every organization he works for in shambles. His record is bad. His character is bad. He is bad news! There is no defense for him.

I have quoted no "wrong law or code." I have quoted the chapter of the WV code that governs county commissions.

Do honestly believe that if you say something over and over again that it makes it true? For your information, the exact defination of insanity is a repetition of the same action yet expecting a different result each time. I am not a part of any political faction. I am on the side of the people. When officals don't do their job, I will say so. Likewise, when they serve in violation of state law or any way break state law I will do what I can to bring it to light.

Just so you know, slander and "libel" laws intentionaly have a stronger burden of proof when the statement at hand concerns a public offical. Mr Seay the law that you quoted is absolutely overwhelming evidence that moore is unlawfully holding a job that was illegally taken from a good hard working woman. But the sitting judge is dragging his feet in moving forward in the matter. could it be that he is trying to wait till clif gets back to charleston to get his buddies to change the very law that states what he is presently doing is illegal ? The judge might be real carefull and expediant in this matter. Because everyone knows what and who's side he is on to. SO LETS SEE IF TRUE JUSTICE PREVAILS. As their can be many loopholes to who and how a postition can obtained... My guess the Judge is going to side with the appointment being lawful and uphold it!!! Although as Mr Seay proved it'll be wrong.

Im in the employee of no political faction. Furthermore, the law I quoted is not " from the ones that are tied up with Gordon", rather its from the WV Annotated Code and the West Virginia Constitution.

Also, I'm not quite sure who the lawyer Donnie is? Thus, I'm not quite sure how I could be affiliated with them. Also, just because I believe that Ray and Judy are poor at their jobs- does not mean that I think Gordon is good at his. I want to see change for the better.

I am a vocal critic of the commission. Currently, Ray and Judy are the ones empowered to do something because of the majority they hold over Gordon. Truth: They have done nothing, if given more time will still do nothing, and they should not - either of them- be trusted in public office ever again. Just because I hold that opinion of them does not mean I hold the opposite opinion of Gordon. The fact is currently, he has the ability to do little because of Judy and Ray. If that power dynamic changes, you can trust I'll be a critic of anyone elected to office who does their job as poorly as Ray and Judy.

Also, just for clarity "your" shows possession. "You're" is a contraction for "you are".:)
