How does a person shoot ones self in custody and wearing Handcuffs. I was just wondering if this whole incident could have been avoided if the arresting officer had did his Job right.Maybe both brother and sister would still be here.JUST giving everyone something to think about...

When someone kills themselve or is murdered it is not there time to go. And the person is right...if the job would have been done right then two people would be alive today and one not in the hospital.(if he is still there)

We'll never know the whole truth. The only one alive that could tell us is the officer, and I'm sure if he has something to hide he will never admit it.

As I mentioned in the other thread about this incident, this county, as all other counties in this country, need a Cop Watch program that a lot of these cities and larger counties have.

I know for a fact if you want to get away with murder.Being a cop or not do it in Mcdowell county w.v. SO before anyone has a comment just go to the court house or where ever the records are kept. And see just how many served time for murder.

What in the heck are you talking about? Why does everyone want to make this into something about SP? If you are making a reference to my husband (who I assure you is NOT D Man), then please take 3 steps back and quit threatening him to start with. It is obvious by your post you would never give him the benefit of the doubt at all, heck, you just jump to the conclusion that he made that post.
Why don't you take care of your job, which one can only assume is at the sheriff's office or affiliated with the sheriff's office by the attack you rolled off and your little "we're watching you threat". SP will take care of his job.

HOW am i not telling the truth, all I know is that if it were my son I would not give up on finding out what really and I would not take any ones word for it not the state police or the locals .I think someone like you havent lost like this mother has.All I did was got people to start thinking and to ask questions.I sure hope this family finds out the truth,also I dont care how many cameras there were .THE question remains was the man handcuffed or not.if not why not I think thats question our Sheriff needs to ask his deputy. I agree with you. If I were the mother, wife, brother, etc. in that family...I would have some serious questions I wanted answered. They need all the questions answered to try and sort out the pieces they have left. They deserve the answers.

Its not the deputys fault that kevin shirley decided to act like a fool.
if that piece of trash would have acted like he had some sense in the first place then he wouldnt have even been in that position. And ppl can blame him for his sisters death because he was ignorant, he had to use a pipe becasue he was a punk and couldnt take pertee.

First of all, before trying to create a scene and trying to argue with me, at least try to use what you learned in your writing classes. Punctuation, capitalization, and spelling would be a good start.

Now, I never said that the officer did it, I was talking hypothetical. Seeing as how you jumped to a conclusion just makes me very suspicious of you. I agree with "Missy McKinney", I believe you have some tie with the sheriff's office. That being my suspicion, you possibly fear the whole concept of a Cop Watch since that is what my post was meant to focus on.

I have read so many post that say this guy would not kill hisself. There are very few people who kill themselfs that give a clue they would. People who try and live want someone to know and that is how they get help and don't do it.
