Not that I condon what this man did,but he served 100% of his sentence. Why is he on probation? I thought if you dont serve your full sentence and get out early ,thats when your on probabtion.

As for the Gov. to send him back to jail without the full story.....shame on her.

This man is a RAPIST. The judge let him off too easy. He should live next to this judge.

Wahhh, malfunctions occur. A minor inconvenience for this man who forced himself on other people's lives.

So quick to judge. Not in my hood. Put him back in jail. Kill him he don't deserve to live. This is what people get for being parinoid. I feel he should have never been released but he served his time, just leave him alone but keep an eye on him.

This animal is a sadistic recidivist rapist. It is completely predictable that this type of predator will push limits to see what he can get away with. Now that he has an excuse for the so called malfunction..I give it at most a few weeks before he uses this as an opportunity to go off and possibly kill someone next time. He violently raped a teenager and at least two other innocent woman. Does everyone know that his sister who he lives with completely denied that the violent rapes ever happened and that her brother was wrongfully accused? Its great to think he is living with a lunatic who will cover for him at all costs. He ruined three womens lives and he is given an opportunity to live in our community? I am wondering how the victims and their families feel? Who can actually say he paid his dues to them and our society?

Ummm...Why is he on probation? I'm thinking that it wouldn't be responsible to send a violent serial rapist back into the community without supervision? Just a thought though..?
