I saw a TV interview of Sgt. Todd and it seemed like he was either told not to say he was the guy who shot Hasan or he was just being modest.

I hope the doctors didn't discard all the bullets that they removed from Hasan and ballistic testing of the bullets can be done.

The people who released the story about Sgt. Kimberley Munley may end up with egg on their face. I can see why they wouldn't want the truth to come out. This eyewitness account sounds more creditable than what has been reported in the news so far.

This all fits in with what Sgt. Munley asked, "Did anyone die?". If she was in a gunfight with the shooter, she would be asking, "Did I get that guy?" or "Did I stop that guy?"

Someone should check her weapon to see how many rounds she got off. If she got off two or three rounds, it would mean that Sgt. Todd stopped Hasan since he supposed was shot four times. The officer who shot Hasan last is the one who stopped him.

Nope, this is Pat Tillman/Jessica Lynch all over again. They wanted a hero and the white female cop bringing down the muslim terrorist is far more compelling story line than a black male police officer taking down an Army officer gone nuts. Here is a prediction - in the press conference after the shooting, the Army's spokesman was asked if this was a terrorst attack. His response was there were reports that he Hasan shouted "Allahu Akbar". How much you wanna bet that he never shouted that and it was just thrown out there (an irresponsible act of itself) to raise the spector that this was not a case of one of the Amry's own going postal, but some sort of muslim inspired terrorist act? What we are learning more and more about Hasan is that he was a nut case, NPR reported that some of his superiors thought he was psychotic. But they did nothing about it and sent him to Ft. Hood. As time is going on the Army narrative is eroding and the picture we see is not pretty. The Army need to really figure out how to deal with cases like this. If it continues with the belief that Hasan was a hard core terrorist, not some nut case who slipped through system, well this will happen again.

Sally Quinn of Washington Post finally admitted that Hasan is a moslem terrorist. It was like pulling teeth. In the end, she said it ... Hasan is a moslem terrorist.

congratulations to Mr. Todd. Whether or not he wast he ultimate hero it doesn't matter when you think of the horrific scene they all had to deal with.
We need more people like Mr. Todd to protect the innocent however it should not have happened in the first place!

What does it matter, except to the press?
Both of them ran to the sound of the gunfire, without thought of personal safety, got into a gunfight, overcame their adversary and survived.
They were both brave and didn't shirk their responsibilty when the challenge came.
