So true. While what he supposedly did is inexcusable, should we be surprised that folks in his position are unstable? If I had to work with folks suffering the kind of trauma he has, I would be pretty messed up in the head myself.

That said, no matter how messed up in the head, there is no excuse for murder!!!

I just heard it from the horse's backside's mouth: Gen. Casey said on "Meet the Press" that the army had no responsibility, that they didn't miss anytingn, that no one knew that Hasan was stressed out and spiraling out of control...which are bald-faced lies on the part of Gen. Casey.

So let the cover-up begin; I'm sure the media cooperate to help these patriotic generals keep their jobs...even though Hasan's commanding officer deserved to be court-martialed and convicted for "extreme dereliction of duty."

How does this post get a "disagree"? I am curious what part of the post the "judge" felt was objectionable.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Capricorn

Self deception will be the main issue today. You may be judging your situation wrongly: don't hold back, say what you think diplomatically and without being hurtful. This should result in a positive mental outlook for you. Competitive sports activity will ease any stress or tension.
