My wife and I went to HEB to get groceries but after check out and all the packing several items were missing after we unpacked our groceries. I do not care much for one item, but when several major items go missing that's enough, and this is not the first time that's happened. Most of the time something was missing at the old HEB store. It was not worth it to go back and reclaimed the items.
I had read what the employees think about people who complaint at this forum, and they are wrong. I wonder what happens to the items that go missing from our shopping carts, are the items given to employees or returned to the shelf after someone paid for.

I never frequented the old one, but I've been to the new one twice and have been quite pleased with the customer service. I had a gentleman unload my cart, bag my groceries and offer to help me load them in my car this last time.
I also noticed that my grocery trip, which has averaged about $140 at Walmart has been less than $100 both times I've made it to the HEB, with the same staples I always get.
So, no complaints here!

Ur so stupid. It's called machines that make the mistakes. Nobody is trying to cheat you. Plus it was only .10 that was wrong. Sorry that we weren't perfect for you. Smh good grief get a life. You try working there with customers like you. You make our life's harder bc your that stupid to think that heb is purposely trying to cheat you out of anything. A problem y'all customers have is y'all can't read coupons correctly so how are you gonna blame it on the cashier. They have nothing to do with it. Why Cant you think of things before you started having diarrhea of the fingers. Bc heb will cater to you but u probably were actin a hot mess so they didn't want to help you. Loser
