I can't believe this story focuses on this d-bag Douglas and not on the great programs supported by the Movember groups which actually RAISE MONEY FOR MEN'S HEALTH! Reading this trash was a waste of my 3 minutes today.

Wait a minute. How are members of the natural constituency for a movement like this--i.e., men who already have beards--suppose to express their allegiance?

No Shave November is not linked in any way to Movember. Movember is a 501c3 charity raising money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
All moustache growers register at Movember.com and grow their moustache all month long to raise funds and awareness to change men's health.
Movember is the biggest charity event for men's health, it's everywhere! For more information, please visist www.movember.com .

What's the point of the article? A slow newsday so you decide to celebrate no shaving slobs?

maybe if movember did interviews, they would get an article too.
from the looks of the site, it looks fun and i don't have to send a chain e-mail to all my friend's to help support me grow a hipster-tache.
they can donate money to charities whenever they want!

No beard for me! I like being clean shaven. It makes me feel clean and athletic. I had a moustache in the '70's and don't miss it at all. If most guys shaved off their beard they'd say ..."man, why didn't I do this sooner!"

I'm celebrating my 40th consecutive year without shaving. It all started when I was fourteen . . . . Inside tip . . . the ladies love a trimmed beard. Naked is for babies.

My annual beard went away when the salt caught up to the pepper. It just wasn't a good look anymore.
Like Rob, when my stylist asks me about shaving my neck, I say, "stop at my waist."
