IPM Real Estate Fraud http://www.startribune.com/535/story/960939.h... In the above story, the operators of Investment Properties of Minnesota, Joseph Cole and Jim Abbott, have been sued by the Minnesota Attorney General's Office for swindling investors out of many millions of dollars in fraudulent real estate investment schemes. It's interesting to see how carefully "the best and the brightest" check out the people they ask for business advice. Here's a meeting notice from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management newsletter in 2005: "REAL Estate Club Speaker Want to learn about creative real estate investing techniques? Joe Cole, a member of IPM Realty and radio show host for the "Real Estate Investment Show" on AM 1570 on Saturdays, will be meeting with the Real Estate Club on Mon., Feb. 14, 4-5 p.m., Room 1-142. He will discuss creative financing and acquisition strategies in real estate. All students, regardless of major, are invited to attend. " |

We have been sharing our history with IRS investigations, it is time for us to tell the truth and work on doing the right thing. Joe, you should stop hurting all the people that belived in you. It is going to be a long road for you and colleen, there are hundreds and hundres of people going to the authorities.

We had to endure the pain of these two joe and colleen first hand. All the games we had a company party and joe was very angry that colleen did not have the flowers he had instructed. Then we went to Jamica on a trip wow the stories we have told the authorities. This ship is sinking, fast.
was colleen on that trip to Jamica ? several ipm people had trouble locating joe cole on that trip!
we remember colleen when she attended our church, and joe cole when he was married to one of our members. The conversation at church is amazing, joe you need to have an intervention to help you from this demon. You are not strong enough to go it alone, the authorities have spoken with dozen of people and it is going to be a real life situation unless you start doing the right things.
your problem joe cole you put your signature on a 25 million insurance policy, if you did not have that protection that is criminal fraud. you my friend are responsible for the 25 million that you claimed had complete protection. and no bankruptcy will not protect you from this criminal act.

Minnesota Attorney General's Office announced indictments against IPM Realty and owners Joe Cole and Jim Abbott.
The Investment Properties of Minnesota program offered the opportunity to own real estate by loaning money to IPM Realty through their Private Loan Program (PLP). The PLP offered investors returns of 30-35% and the return of their capital in one year. They claimed to have an insurance policy of $25 million at their seminars to assure investors that their investment was secure. The plan was sweetened by telling the investors that undeveloped land was being purchased with the fund that would also increase in value.

__________ here it comes joe - coleen - renee . Las Vegas businessman Larry Reynolds confessed in federal court Thursday that he helped launder money for Tom Petters, according to media reports. He could get up to 20 years in prison time. Reynolds said in U.S. District Court in St. Paul that beginning in 2002, about $12 billion went through a bank account that he set up for Nationwide International Resources, Reynolds’ Los Angeles company. Monthly wire transactions of $2 million to $25 million came from Petters and were then returned to Petters Co., less Reynolds’ commission. The transactions fooled investors into thinking that Reynolds was buying electronics goods on behalf of Petters. Media reports said the scheme extracted more than $3 billion from investors. Federal sentencing guidelines for the money laundering conspiracy charge call for 210 to 240 months in prison and fines between $20,000 and $200,000. Reynolds is the fourth business associate of Petters to plead guilty. A hearing to determine whether Petters can be released on bond from federal custody was postponed to Oct. 31. |

the fbi should be looking for this crook. |
heard what joe cole did to his wife kecia cole and her four kids. they are homeless and without any hope or direction because of joe and his greed. the rule of what comes around goes around will be happening soon for joe cole and colleen wallin cole. |
Don't forget about Geoff & Nancy Thompson. They were hand in glove with Joe Cole. The Thompsons have been making promises that are not worth the paper they were written on for years.
