Akaka Bill supporter ignores inherent Kanaka Maoli rights - Gue...

Full story: Honolulu Star-Bulletin

As supporters of Hawaiian Independence, we wish to acknowledge Gov. Linda Lingle's decision to somberly commemorate rather than callously celebrate what for Kanaka Maoli and other Hawaiian kingdom heirs was the third major crime committed against us by the U.S. when it fraudulently incorporated our country in 1959, its 1893 overthrow of our ...

The Star Bulletin removed my post because Jon Van Dyke's name is sensored and I thought that it was funny. I have read hundreds of repugnant posts on this forum that have never been removed and I have to say that my post was 100% decent. I guess that my comment on got a socialist Akaka Bill supporter there at your newspaper very upset. Or maybe it was Mr. Dyke himself. Too bad.

Obviously some people don't have a sense of humor. Many Richards in the world don't think their nicknames are nasty. They put back my posts. They must have figured it out that his name appears to be a dirty word, but only if used in the right context. That was what I thought was funny. It was apropo by no deliberate intention of mine.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Aquarius

Watch out if you're going shopping, because you'll be tempted to splash out on impulse buys. This doesn't matter so much if you're feeling flush, but it could cause problems if you're supposed to be counting every penny. Whatever the state of your finances, you may buy items you don't need and possibly even won't like when you look at them again tomorrow.
