Wilson: ad to that Scott McClellan's book, exposing what most Americans knew about this cabal of corruption called the "Bush Administration". They impeached Clinton over a lie, but Bush "walks" lying creating a war. "Stay the Course" will kill many more innocents based on lies, and Memorial Day will need to run two days to accomodate all the dead.

"But why does this connection need to be via a separate spur line?" So they can justify going from 3 billion to 5 billion?

Road around Kaena Pt. I don't think that's a great idea. Leave that part of Oahu as it is. You don't need growth in that area of the island. Leave the beauty and nature of our AINA alone. That would be a waste of the citie's money. They can't even get the Mass Transit Rail System going from Kapolei to town.

willie: Unless you are John Elway, there is NOT enough time on the clock to impeach those two war criminals.(plus Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz) Indict them all, just like "Watergate", I say. Pelosi had her chance, but did nothing. If there is a God, this expose' will force Americans to open their eyes, and see Bush & Co. for who they were and are. Then, come Nov.'08 Election Day, make a decision for the direction the USA wants to go. It's easy, either left or right.

Wilson: They impeached Clinton over a lie, but Bush "walks" lying creating a war. COMMENT: When a man is convicted of a crime because of the testimony of a witness, but later proven innocent by DNA evidence, the fault lies not on the prosecutor because he merely relied on what the witness told him. When the president of the United States relies and acts upon what the CIA and military intelligence tells him the fault lies not on the president but on ineptness of the CIA and military intelligence because the president acts only upon information fed him.

Those two are more corrupt than Spiro Agnew could ever have IMAGINED being.

pulog: the " President" cherry picked intel...to commence their agenda..."spread democracy worldwide by force". Oh, and Bush "talks to Jesus" frequently, whom I'm sure signed off on the war in Iraq. And it is "left or right" for middle America: McCain or Obama...one will "never surrender", the other will pull the troops out. Pick one, fool from Novi.

Comments by dargent7, willie and Carol indicate more and more people are appreciating our situation. If Bush is impeached, we get stuck with Cheney who should be in prison. If Cheny is investigated, tried and sent to prison, we get stuck with Pelossi, who should be home baking cookies for her grandchildren. If she goes, we get stuck with Harry Reid. Let's not even think of Condaleeza Rice. The saddest part is that we have to choose between McCain, Obama and Clinton. That's no choice. Whoever wins, the country loses. Both political parties should be ashamed of themselves. C'mon Pulog! You don't think that Cheney and his cronies (Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and Rice) leaned on Tenant and the CIA to come with their intel estimate? It would be interesting to see what an impartial investigation of Cheney will reveal. How much is Halliburton putting into his "blind" trust?

Gee thanks dargent...down to name calling because your agrument is weak. McCain is not right, if he was the GOP would embrace him 100%, Obama is left I will grant you that..so far left you need binoculars to see him from the middle and frankly, that will keep him from ever living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

That's what Waianae needs, another access road so we can become as congested and screwed-up as the rest of the island. Isn't it enough that we're already the recepients of every social pogrom for the sick, lame and lazy? From homeless tents, to shelters for druggies and their morning feel-good hootenannys on the beach, to housing "projects" (filled with black and micronesian baby-factories along with the live-in boyfriends) to panhandlers everywhere, to New Orleans ghetto castaways that are shipped here to live on our backs. Use all that concrete to pave over a park in YOUR neighborhood and leave us be. We'll look likw a Chicago ghetto soon enough, the liberals are taking care of that.

Bravo, David. Pride is always the tool of the scoundrel and the public is always the last to know. The Bible says pride is a sin and that pride goes before a fall. So true. Remember Aloha. Don't just demand change. Live the change. Fire the liars. With Aloha.

Well you are a bit "harsh" but I do agree with you. Leave Kaena Point alone. THis is the last bit of 'wildness' on this island. It should be hard to get to. Did you notice that it was a non-Hawaii resident who wrote that letter? He does not understand the whole situation. MAybe we can enlightend him?

David Wilson typifies that 60's hippy turned yuppie able to move to and afford luxury living in Kihei Maui. An anti-war left over of the 60's, Wilson is unwittingly anti-American but disguised as anti-war. David Wilson, the price of your freedom is high. Al-Queda has sworn to destroy your country. What do you do about it? Is all you can do is to poetically wallow in your externalized self-pity? Smoke your expensive joint.

It's like a person who does not know anything about chess commenting on a game he knows nothing bout. Cherry picked? What did Bush cherry pick? Others even go to the extent as saying Bush invaded Iraq for its oil. It is possible that our inept military commanders made Bush think that we'd go into Iraq with little if no casualties like how in 1990 when we liberated Kuwait. It is possible that Bush got bad advise from his military generals who know nothing about guerilla warfare nor learned the lessons in Vietnam.

Yes, people need to stop blaimg the Mayor for making the route go to Salt Lake instead of the airport. ROmy held the entire project hosatge to get it to Salt Lake. Funny thing is, now the residnets aren't wso sure they want it. Makes much more sense to have it go straight to the airport via pearl harbor and provide circulator buses from SAlt Lake to the station!
