BTW I built and repaired a few homes up in Hawaii Loa Ridge. Pretty to look at assuming you like homes that belong in the Mediterranean. And many are built like soda cracker boxes...albeit fancy soda cracker boxes. I'll take a solid well built home in Manoa or Nuuanu from the 30's to the 50's anytime. Those had old world craftmanship and architectual flair to them. I've just worked on a redwood T&G house in Nuuanu and the doggone thing is still absolutely square and level 59 years later. And I've worked on a 12 year old Hawaii Loa exec home that was leaking from the roof and windows and the flooring was buckling from a sinking foundation. Oh did I mention the mold that was growing in the wet sheetrock? Oh sorry, wrong blog!<quoted text>
i agree.... thats sort of why i stopped..lol! but ive noticed others decided to hop into their bumper cars and have a go at him/her.. funny..
