Even the cops hate snitches. There's just something about a rat...usually it's the smell of fear.

The defense is going to say that the cops were just using the same tactics as the criminals do, to achieve their desired results. Twas ever thus, so why the new trial?

That would be like a confession and a new trial would not be necessary. The Court could just sentence the officers and be done with it.

What would be like a confession? Just curious, as the only thing 'like a confession' is, um, a confession. The prosecuting attorneys already have the evidence on tape, but the defense is trying to get that thrown out....

Planting drugs, coruption, and making their own rules of corupt self interest hardly does credit to the rest of the men on the force. This isn't OKC

Take a close look at who are the witnesses for the prosecution? Convicted drug dealers and liars. Not just when arrested by he officers on trial but multiple times. This is what they do for a living. They do not work....they are leaches living off the blood of our children as they sell their poison. Sure they will testify. How better to try and get the police to leave them alone? It would be a miracle if any of this scum can stay out of prison for one year after their release. But the U.S. attorney wants you to believe them.....not me.....

If they try that lame defense that they can break the law to enforce the law the jury is not gonna go for it.

Even if the charges aren't proven, can the general public or a new man on the force ever look at these "policemen" in any other light than people who chose to be above the law they themselves are sworn to uphold. Just resign, have some remaining honor.

Besides, when they get out of prison, they can always be Chief of Police in Kiowa, Stringtown, Caney, Tushka, Atoka, or some small town along the highways of this nation and write tickets.
