I keep getting viruses on my computer..D:<?It all started with a virus called ThinkPoint. I was visiting some movie sites, so I understood as to why I had gotten it.
Thankfully I downloaded a trial version of Hitman Pro and it easily got rid of it for me.
Three days later (as I was safely browsing through the internet, no harmful sites or nothin) I randomly get a virus called AntiVirus 2010. I've seen so many of these that I immediately knew it wasn't real. I used Hitman Pro again and thankfully got rid of it for good.

Now, it seems as if I have no virus now, but my question is, what am I doing that is allowing my PC to get viruses? Is Hitman Pro leaving traces of the viruses to lead me into getting new viruses? My friend told me that the people who make the legit antivirus programs are the ones who actually make the viruses (in order to get more sales on their legit programs), so does that mean that Hitman is actually working against me?

Please help. I'm not tech savvy at all.): What should I do?
