Sorry Pap Schmear, it's called Due Process. Why do you queers always want to circumvent the law?

That's pretty funny, coming from the side which thinks that the majority can strip whatever rights it pleases from the minority, and that judges are "activists" when they uphold the Constitution and strike down laws which had no business existing in the first place.

Sorry Pap Schmear
You're being awfully rude to Maggie Gallagher, sir.

I didn't complain about due process. I alluded to the dizzying array of states which have had their bigoted bans nullified. In the past nine months.

I see what you are saying, Due Process does not fit into the gay agenda.

Gays have an enhanced feminine side to their brain, hence they base things more on emotion than logic.

Due Process is exactly what took those unconstitutional laws down.

If you say so, doc. I look forward to your follow-up publication in an appropriate peer-reviewed science journal, accompanied by descriptions of your labwork, your research methods, your sample sizes, your controls... oh, and your credentials, too, of course.

I guess all those judges must've been gay too, since they've all been reaching the same conclusions. Well, some of the judges were women, so we can obviously disregard their jurisprudence, since they base all their judgments on emotion. Darn feminine brains.

Then you'd better get on it, we're not going to institutionalize ourselves, and I can't think of anyone else who is going to do it FOR you.
