The Cuban "fishing" vessels in our waters reminds me of the Japanese "fishing" vessels during the Doolittle raid on Japan in WW11,they were loaded with listening equipment and followed our ships around, our Navy sunk them and put an end to the problem, now we need to put our Coast Guard to work doing the same thing, the "fishermen" could be Russians, they are always trying to find out what we are doing and saying.if we sink a few they will not return, our "water border" extends out 73 miles so they can use the excuse of not knowing where they were, but this will only get worse unless we show them we are not going to tolerate the intrusion on our territory.
