Now HERE's an example of "not letting a good crisis go to waste".I always thought it was dumb to have such an elaborate camera system in these meetings. I guess this is one time (and prob. the last ) where it was useful.
Sorry don't agree with you. If my kids were still in school and my mate would allow it without a fuss, I'd listen to a televised school board meeting too. I think it's a GREAT idea. It allows you to see what really goes on in these meetings without having to maybe waste your time driving there. You learn a little about those who make the policy decisions for your kids in school. I liken it to CSpan and am thankful for it. And if you don't know, SHAME on you. No knowledge is wasted in this sense. If you learn that the meetings don't do any good, then that tells you something: don't vote in that person for the board next time.
