I need information on a great lawyer that deals with child support and dead beat dads. I tried to go through the state and it takes forever. I need a great lawyer now!!!!! Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

You do not even need a lawyer, you can do it on your own and it is a lot cheaper. I never used a lawyer for my deadbeat ex. Matter of fact I am getting ready to serve him with papers again for back support. It is so easy and not worth wasting money on an attorney most of the time.

Hows this for help? How about you dont spread your legs for dead beats? And when you do maybe you shouldnt expect their dad to take care of you and your kids. I recommend you close your legs until your capable of taking care of your kids by yourself. Just a thought

How about this? We cut your privates off so that you cannot father any or anymore kids so that women do not have to worry about men like you coming in their lives and sticking it in every women that comes around them and then not paying for their children and thinking it is ok. Am sorry if you disagree that a woman shouldnt have kids with a man if hes a loser and unable to raise a family. But i guess everyone has an opinion. And yours is a very mature one i might add. You think there is a reason your a divorced single mom? I think you should think about getting on birth control so people like me dont have to support your 7 kids more than you and their father does

ROFLMAO Well that just goes to show how much you know you idiot. For one I am not single, for 2 my ex is the one with 7 kids that he is not supporting not me, and he was not a loser when I married him, he was in the navy. For 3 why should my husband support his child while he is out there on his 3rd divorce because of the same reason, because he cant keep it in his pants and seems to think it is ok to cheat on his wives. And he is now with the woman that he cheated on his 3rd wife with. Now Mr. know it all, tell me that I am one of them feminists. I am just like all them other mothers out there that was with a man that was not what we thought in the beginning, and once we figured it out, got rid of his stupid a*s and found someone better, and now it is time for him to pay his way and not make me and my husband pay everything for me and my ex's child. My husband now paid for my daughters expenses for 15 yrs, dr. bills, school supplies, clothes, food, housing, cars, gas, pictures, presents, etc. Her dad gave her a gift once a year and that was at christmas and that was only the last 4 years, and he never paid one of the other things for her. And now he is behind on his child support now that she is of age, and I want my money that is owed to me and I am going to get it. And when she starts college she can go after him for more if she chooses. So you really should watch what you are saying before you open that trap of yours because not all of us women are living the lives you think we are.

Thank you Diane. Knock knock is an idiot. I too was married to a great man and father. After we divorced is when he chose to walk away from his children. Its been almost 10 yrs and he has nothing to do with them and we live in the same town. Good luck in getting what is coming to you and your children. Thank you.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! you can definetly take care of this without a lawyer like suggested. however, make sure when you go to the courthouse you have enough info as possible about the father. if possible have, current address, current employer name and address, make & model of car, license plate number, social security number, possible assets he may have, and any records of last payment of child support received along with the child support order that is currently in effect. highly suggest taking as much of this as possible! good luck to you, and don't give up!

Our children were planned and very much wanted by both of us, but half way through raising them the deadbeat gave up anything and everything in his life that required responsibility. I'm taking him back to court again soon, you would think he would just realize that it would be easier to just act like a man and take care of his kids than to fight me.

Why does it always come back to the woman spreading her legs without birth control? If you men are so perfect and great then why dont you wrap those damn things just in case the woman isnt on any birth control or missed a pill that day or they are on a type that doesnt work well with their bodies? Or better yet, wrap them period as a safety measure all the way around, no pregnancy, no diseases being spread. It takes TWO to make that baby!!!

It comes back to the woman because they have a vagina and thus have all the power. They can say , no im not letting you hit it unless you wrap it , but they rarely ever do that in my exleriences.
