This is a message that should have been shared 19 years ago. I love you, and I always will. It is my prayer that it finally reaches you. That is all I have to say.

Doing this is very hard for me. I have Asperger's Syndrome (I'm on the autistic spectrum), and expressing my feelings in an effective and appropriate way is very difficult. It is hard for me to understand and anticipate the emotional responses of others. I never really know what to expect. Sadly, I find it most difficult to share my feelings effectively and appropriately with those for whom I possess the most powerful and complicated feelings.
I have broken my 19 year silence due to my reaction to U.S. Airways Flight 1549. I realize that everyone survived and sustained only minor injuries. However, I keep having thoughts that you might have been on that flight. Images of that plane crashing into the Hudson Bay with you on board flash through my mind, and I find tears trickling down my cheeks at times when those images pass through my mind. Maybe it is the realization that one can lose someone without warning in an instant. Under these circumstances, I feel that it is too great a burden for me to bear to never have told you that I love you just once in your lifetime. This is exactly what I am doing now. That plane crash was the last straw.
Don't worry. I never expect you to reciprocate my feelings, and I don't expect you to understand or even appreciate what I'm doing. Consequently, I promise you that I will never contact you again directly or indirectly for the rest of my life. I always keep my promises. I am satisfied with what I have said in this message, and I mean every word of it. Best wishes for a long, happy, and healthy life. May all your aspirations and dreams come to pass. The following are several clues that I will leave for you that will reveal my identity to you if you read this message: 1) Rosa's Cantina, 2) Ham and Jam (1990), 3)A Midsummer Night's Dream, 4)You once taught me a mnemonic in order to remember your campus telephone number that sounded like the opening of Beethoven's Symphony No.5 (Pastoral).

If you have received this message, and you want to talk to me, let me know by replying to this message on the Kew Gardens Forum. Leave me some clues so that I know that it is really you. If you want me to never contact you again, then don't reply. This is my final message unless you let me know that you want to hear from me.
