The only people that will get him to resign are the leaders of the Democratic party in the area. Based upon what I have seen, they will have to get serious and buy him off.

No means NO, Mr. Dumbler, and go means GO! You are NOT wanted on the Board and unfit to represent decent citizens!

Dumler actually believes he is doing a good job representing Scottsville. I'm not sure what he thinks he has done for anyone other than himself, or what he can do from inside a jail.

I wonder what he will do once he is convicted of his next felony? Remember: He said in a sworn statement that he had classified government information on his personal computer and iPad -- that is simply not allowed. That is a felony. He might try to then say that he was just kidding, perhaps as part of a misguided attempt to quash the search warrant for his computers. If he says that, then he would be admitting to perjury -- that is also a felony.

So which will it be Dumler? Either one will get you disbarred, off the BoS, and likely serving a jail sentence far longer than the weekend vacations in the pen you currently enjoy.

His ego won't allow him to see it. Typical makes an excellent point. His lies will catch up to him.

I have said before and continue to say in this venue that Chris Dumler is an absolute disgrace to the position that he holds. There are very few persons who think that he should be "forgiven" and that is just as offensive as his continued presense. Chris Dumler needs to resign and NOW!!!

until the voters of scottsville district file a proper petition for his removal and the courts respond no one has the right to demand anything from Mr. Dumler.....I would rather see him on the BOS than rooker and mallick....what a bunch of pukes you people are ....for demanding something you have no right to demand...unless you live in the district Mr. Dumler represents...

Just because some of us have moved beyond monosyllabic words, doesn't mean we don't live in the Scottsville district. You sound like one of the few remaining dumler-defenders (or maybe even CD his dumself)-- after all, there aren't very many defenders left. It really is amazing how the dumler-defenders get quiet when CD is in jail, and start-up again when he is out...

No argument with you re rooker and mallick, they both need to go, too, but for reasons less egregious than dumler's.

Cry me a river, Police Association. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Dumler was convicted on a misdemeanor, not a felony. Public officials have the right to keep their office on these grounds. Not surprisingly, vocal people want to bend the boundaries to match their personal agendas. Dumler has legal right to finish his term and it doesn't matter what petitions you pass or how far you try to bend the rules, he's here to stay until his term ends. Case closed- get over yourselves.

Let's fix this one right now. Dumler hasn't been convicted of any more than a misdemeanor, and thus any felony convicted since would be a "first" felony. If you're going to try to educate people, best start with fixing the basics.

The guy serves weekends because the board doesn't meet on weekends, and has recently increased his sentences to eliminate time and processing. It hasn't interfered with his job in the least- it isn't a 24/7 position and you can do what you like with your free time. The fact that the case is over and done with and you are still going after ruining the guy further (pursuing cases that haven't even happened yet with your "felonies", as well as harassing his military officers) is a sign that there is a hard driven agenda that goes much deeper than this case or even the "crime" committed. Come on out and say what you really feel- "it doesn't really matter whether he resigns or not, I won't truly be satisfied until he's dead in a ditch somewhere, and the depth of my actions reveal my determination to fulfill this matter". Feels better when you get it out, doesn't it? So who's the biggot now?

Where do you get your "information?" You must be associated with that treasure trove of slanderous garbage, ChrisDumlerMustGo.com , and if so, try to get at least a few "facts" lined up with reality on there before deliberately misinforming the public.

Did you enjoy your last nine days in the pen, Chris (aka Bollocks)? You still have a bunch more to go. Too bad you can't attend Friday's After Five, or the good parties on the weekends. Don't drop the soap...

What a ignorant biggot. If you check previous articles, you can clearly see that I've posted repeatedly throughout Dumler's sentence, so sorry to disappoint you, I'm not him, but perhaps I'm one of the most sane voices heard on this witch hunt trial. Your ego is showing.

'Bollocks'- that's such a cute name. Guess you like it better than 'Dumler'. How was your extended stay in the pokey, Bollocks? Hey thanks for the link to the website - www.chrisdumlermustgo.com - it's really neat! You must feel very honored; after all - it's all about YOU! I've been to the FB page Chris Dumler, Resign, but not the site. Ha, Ha - you claimed you 'participated in nearly 1000 meetings in your year-long PART-TIME job?! That's rich! What about your 'mishandling classified information' or will it be 'perjury' felony?! Pretty dumb mistake for a JAG lawyer to make in his own Motions. Either one is a FELONY and both will get you sent to slammer; AND either FELONY conviction WILL get you off the BOS!!

So Bollocks/Dumler how do you know your military officers have actually been harassed? Starting to feel some heat? Good. Couldn't happen to a nicer convicted sexual batterer pled down from forcible sodomy!

Dumler's lies are currently catching up to him. Lawyer up, Dumler, lawyer up. You know who is coming next and you know why. They're just waiting to see the outcome of the petitions for your removal. If the cops that supported you are now against you, will you have any friends left after this? I'm outta here soon, and will not miss the fireworks. It's nasty business, all this. Nasty!

Hey Harry, the Democratic Party kicked him out! They have no leverage over him.

Hey Bollocks, Dumler sent out "official" emails from jail. How did that happen? Anyway, this is not a witch hunt, it's concerned citizens asking for the resignation or removal of a politician that really and truly screwed up. We're not just talkin' an affair between consenting adults or sexual harassment here, we're talking full on sexual battery of a woman! That's no witch hunt.
