looking at that puppy dog look on his eyes almost makes you feel sorry for him, but then you remember that he's a hardened criminal

Considering the details of what he did in the North Garden incident alone, he should be put away and not let out for a very long time. It is really a shame that no one he victimized was able to save the state the cost of trial and incarceration. It is really impossible to understand how a person like this can ever be allowed back into free society without being a serious threat. What exactly could be his defense against the evidence and testimony? Maybe his defense team is trying to find a doctor who will say he has a seizure disorder.
