But why do Marcell run like dat? Well, just takes a looks at Marcell McArthur Turner's 24 cases in the Charlottesville district court website.

Looks like somebody in Charlottesville district court needs to be given a seeing eye dog by taxpayers.

Why would you use the hackneyed term "racist"? Why don't you call the reporter racist, since Graf routinely gets facts wrong or omits important information but, in this case, he made sure to get the "ebonic-like" poor grammar into the quote from Mr. Gentry (the witness)?

In any case, can't you just chalk up (sorry for mentioning chalk) that this perp is a dirtbag and likely should be put away until he is an old man? Agreed?

Another one of the cities freelance Pharmacist practicing his trade. Since these independent businessmen tend to deal only in cash I wonder what taxpayer entitlements he may be receiving. Even though most have no documented earned income they often manage to have a large roll of cash.Check the parking lots of section 8 housing and see the cars these unfortunate are driving.

This has nothing to do with race. This dumb *** could have killed innocent people
including the police cars he rammed with his PT Cruiser.
You do the crime, you gotta do the time. So his time has come.
And for the smart a** that commented about the witness talking ebonics, how would
you talk if you'd almost been hit by someone being chased by the police.
Why do some people have to be negative all the time? Just saying!

It's unfortunate the city allows slumlords to turn a house into a "rent rooms by the week".
These houses ruin the neighborhood. This is what has happened in the 1600 block of Meridian St.
There's not a week that goes by that the fire department, rescue and police aren't called to the same 2 houses on Meridian. Everyone knows what goes on in these houses by the people who come and go from there.
This neighborhood has always been a middle class, hard working, quiet neighborhood until these 2 houses were converted. They've ruined the neighborhood. It's turned into a mini slumhood.

It is so funny all the dumb people that comment on these cases and really have no idea whats going on!! The chase was not high speed, and the basement he ran into was a family members! Know your damn facts before you state your opinion.

So, supposedly the suspect "broke into" a basement apartment that was unlocked. Hmmmm. By the comments above, seems like he knew his way around Meridian St. huh? Maybe he lived there or maybe just dealing? Coincidence, I doubt it.
Way to go Charlottesville and Albemarle Police.

No, and it should not matter to you, it wasn't your basement was it? People are so damn judgmental when they really don't know all sides of the story. Yes he did the crime so he will have to do the time but all the extra speculations are not necessary, but who am i to try to change an opinion of closed minded fools??

This fool is a menace to the community. Not yet 30 years and with over 50 charges in the local area why has he been allowed freedom? His charges include discharging a firearm from a vehicle, drug distritution, malicious wounding, battery, operating a vehicle without licenses and etc. What a waste of space!!!!!! I hope he never sees the light of day on the outside of prison walls again.

Im not here to make anyone mad just to speak from the heart.. I just dont understand how people can say mean things about people.. Yes this young man has screwed up and made many mistakes.. But you or no one else is god.. Why do people knock black men so hard.. Cause at the end of the day this young man did not live on section 8 nor was he raised like this.. So for anyone to say someone is waste of space is just mean and not right.. Alot of people takes one side of the story and not listen to the other side.. Why did the police do a high speed chase around charlottesville and know that kids play on the st or that people could be at their mailboxes or on their bikes.. If you have not walked in someone else shoes never JUDGE cause it only makes a butt of you.. JUST SOMEONE THAT FEELS THE PAIN AND HURT FROM BOTH SIDES..
