Kershaw School District Offers Free Meals

Kershaw County School District officials say students aged 18 and younger in their school district are eligible for free meals throughout the summer, starting June 9 to July 31.

doesn't matter whether or not they are getting free food at home, the kids need lunch, also...no child deserves to be hungry simply because their parents can't afford to pay the outrageous school meal prices~!!

Outrageous price? My gods...a buck for breakfast and two for lunch...that is a bargain any way you look at it! Besides....this was during the SUMMER! No wonder they keep cutting teachers and school courses, they keep feeding the indigent and using school buses to get them there to eat it!
