FYI: all broken pills are disposed of, not given to someone to sell on the streets.

He had his own drug store robbed. Not once, but twice. And he got a cut of what was sold. Ask Archie. He knows who.
Always did hear he had something to do with his wifes ex-husbands murder.Of course, with a little help from her. Most always happens that way.

To all you that choose to talk about people and stuff you have not a clue about why dont you get a life. Stop selling, and doing your drugs! Get off your lazy, wellfare, or comp. or crazy checks, SSI checks, Oh and lets not forget the ones who want to lay a law suit on somebody, so you can get a little cash in your pocket. Get out and do what any civilized person would do.... GET A JOB!!! Support your families instead of the GOVERNMENT doing it for you. And then maybe you can RESPECT others a little instead of passing on lies and gossip about people that is not true. As far as any business goes I dont think the Electric company, water company, House, Car, or any business will let a person not pay their bills. So, pay your bills and you won't have to worry about REPOSSESION!

Since you seem to have so much knowledge about everyone's life, business' and the death of such a loved one.... MAYBE I need to send the AUTHORITIES to your house and let them do a little investigating upon you since you seem to know so much! After all, it shouldn't be too hard for them to trace you down, its very simple to trace it to the computer and person whom post there comments but wishes not to leave their names! So maybe if should think about it the next time you decide to post!!

He was fined and convicted and imprisoned. He's been dealing drugs since the 1970's.

From WSAZ Channel UPDATE 11/16/12 @ 5:30 p.m.
CHARLESTON, W.Va.(AP)-- A pharmacist has been sentenced to six months in prison for illegally dispensing controlled substances in Mingo County.

Prosecutors say 77-year-old James P. Wooley, of Louisa, Ky., also was fined $5,000 Thursday in federal court in Charleston. He also has paid a $500,000 fine in a related civil case for Medicare and Medicaid fraud.

Prosecutors say Wooley owned and operated drug stores at two locations near Kermit. An investigation revealed that Wooley and other pharmacists under his direction dispensed controlled substances that did not have a doctor's approval.

Wooley pleaded guilty in February to conspiracy to fraudulently obtain drugs.

Wooley's conviction stemmed from a federal investigation of a Mingo County clinic that has been shut down.

Theres lots of stuff about the Wooleys that was swept under the rug and the main reason is he ratted all the big wigs out. Once he got started they had to make him shut up. He still has a few friends left in the government....money can still buy people.
