There is a problem in our society when people, lawyers, courts and Judges have no problem causing harm to well intentioned business owners.
Does the Judge know that this decision may be used against small Mom and Pop stores and possibly put hard working families into bankruptcy.
I think that every devious person reading this article will look at every receipt, including Mom and Pop stores and try to start there own class action in hopes of receiving a large personal pay day, with no sincere regard for protecting the the public.
:( I am not sure how Eric Nelson will be able to sleep at night. He really put out there what kind of person he is. People can try to pretend and justify themselves, but in the end we all see through them.
