CW Sanderson's....Any Comments?

Just curious about the service to their customers and if there are any complaints.

Where do I start? Diane Sanderson is about a dollar. I used to do business with them. I started out with a few pieces and paid that down and went back and added more stuff to my note. About 5 yrs later my note was almost paid off and I started having financial problems. She was very tacky to me, would not work with me, and when all was said and done....she got every piece of funiture back. When the balance gets low, and you get behind... they will do whatever to get it back. Go to GE in Dyersburg...Great place!!

Bought an air conditioner there once , paid for it went home to get the husband and his truck went back to pick it up and she had sold it to her buddy whose air just went out and told me she would have to order me another one that would take 5-7 days. Got my money back and went to Sears.They were RUDE.Haven't been back since.

i have shopped there and have had nothing but the best of service. on buying appliances or anything else..They are always very polite and offer any help that can be given. I am sorry for those who have had difficulties in the past. I know that when I need something they dont have in stock they will order it and I appreciate Bill and Diane and all their staff who work there...

they also rent a lot of property in kenton and are very rude to their renters if something messes up!

you know the City of Kenton should be thankful that Sanderson's is in town. I wish they were in the town we lived in, the tax dollars would certainly help our little town.
At least you are keeping the money at home when you buy locally. No I do not believe that their store is any better than anyone else's but I do believe they try to make it right.
You know I have known of this family for years and I believe they are like a lot of us. Honest working, hard living and just wanting to enjoy life as it comes to them.
Know this is the boring stuff but...boring is as boring does, Gumps momma said.
As for the by-pass going through, the traffic that stopped for the most part will still stop in Kenton, just as they do any town, oh yes it will affect you but at least you are doing something to downtown to attract what do shop in Kenton, thanks to you for making it a nice town.

I have lived in kenton my entire life and i can tell you from experience that sandersons is just as good as anywhere else. Bill is the nicest guy you could ask to meet. All of the employees are friendly even the delivery guys. The only problem with that place is bills mother diane. she thinks She is Gods gift.she is rude and impossible to deal with. Just ask for bill or pam!

I never had any trouble with Diane, shes always been good to me, my parents and my grandmother.
