It has been evidenced by the government that welfare costs approximately $60K per family. Given how much is actually given to the recipient, have any of you wondered where the rest of it goes?

The greater majority of it is medicare fraud on the part of hospitals, which is much larger than most people realize. Sarah's surgery, which should have cost between $12K and $15K actually generated a paper trail of money in excess of $300K, the majority of which was stainless steel screws and wires ($220K). Hospitals love dishing out free healthcare to people on Welfare because they have the best possible customer, the Federal Government. It's not the fault of people on welfare/social security, however. In fact, generic benefits of Welfare/social security for the recipient is less than 25% of the expenses. Please think about this next time you see someone in barely survivable substandard living conditions and before you criticize them, think about all of those phat corporate phuckers stealing from America.
