Has anyone heard about the investigation of the two cops that beat up TIm Caudill, seems like it is takiing a long time, or is there some kind of cover up in the works?

First of all Timm was not beaten by anyone. Tim was ijured during a take down move by the deputy after Tim was uncooperative during the booking process. Investigations of this nature can take up to 6 months to a year.

The investigation was over some time ago. The results of the investigation were turned over to your esteemed Hardin County prosecutor Brad Bailey. It was/is up to him to send the findings and evidence to a grand jury. Don't hold your breath folks. Not even a hint of anything about the investigation or results have appeared in our newspapers. Pretty typical for Hardin County. The cover-up continues. Business as usual in Hardin County. That fat nazi will probably end up with a medal.

Oh come off that nazi shit. If holbrook was a nazi then you can damn sure bet that he would not have just taken Tim down he would have made sure Tim didn't survive. Im my eyes that would have probably been the best for all. Get rid of scum like Tim and this place would be a better place to live. Just how many times does a person need to be arrested for the same offenses for them to learn. Don't give me this shit about poor little Tim is an alcoholic. He chose his path in life. And because of that choice he has ruined his mind and body. That little bump on the head didn't cause his brain damage. His abuse of alcohol and drugs did. Everyone points at the fact that Tim was in a coma while in hospital after the accident. Yes he was in a coma but not because of the incident. He was in a medically induced coma because he was detoxing so bad that he was a threat to himself and others. Enough already about this scum. Time to move on.

Maybe if he wasn't out drinking acting like a fool, he wouldn't have put himself in that situation. He made a conscience decision to get drunk and cause a commotion. What do you expect? It is what it is, I stand behind Holbrook!

Really, are you even sober enough to realize that it was just a matter of inches from where this guy hit his head he could be dead right now? There was no reason for this cop to do what he did. And as for him being on desk duty. That is a joke. Where in the hell is Hardin County coming from? Both cops should be in jail awaiting trial right now. If this investigation is over then why hasn't anything been published in the paper or even an update on the news? You guys in Hardin County just go with the flow. Start standing up for your rights and realize that a bunch of NAZI's has taken over your town. From the police force, lawyers, prosecutor, mayor, commissioners, and Judges. They all need to be replaced. I'm so glad I left this low life county. I live where people actually uphold the law.

I completely agree, Scott Holbrook is a great officer, and did nothing wrong. The only person who did anything wrong that night was Tim Caudill. And no before you even start your rants, i do not give a shit where you stand on it or your Bleeding Heart Liberal Bullshit. I'm glad someone besides me remembers that he was in a medically induced coma... thats exactly what you get for being a the D bag of the Day!.

The feds have to wait for all the local and state nonsense to be over, like what is going on now in the Hardin County cover-up, then a federal grand jury will indict the pig. It will take another year or so, but Holbrook is going down hard.

You do know that if Mr. Bailey has or is presenting this case before the Grand Jury it can take a while, since the Grand Jury does have the right to ask Mr. Bailey to find more evidence, hunt down more witnesses, etc. The Grand Jury can ask him to hold off on trying for an indictment.

Also with this being local and many people know both parties it can be hard to find people who are unbiassed on the issue. Even Grand Jury members have to be unbiassed.

I agree. Guest is a piece of work and karma is for real. When a loved one gets roughed up by police or shot to death for no reason, he or she will change their tune. Just a matter of time. People don't ever think a bad thing is going to happpen to them or a loved one.

A few actual facts about the hateful nonsense I have been reading. Tim was in a coma when he arrived at the ER. He was kept in a coma (medically induced) because his brain swelled up, making his head about the size of a soccar ball. He almost died folks. He has permanent brain damage resulting from when his head bounced off that booking room floor. ER doctors also found other serious internal injuries to his body that were not caused by the fall. Those are the simple brutal facts as documented in black and white by the ER doctors. Thank God for those ER doctors in Lima who were not part of the Hardin County cover-up that is ongoing. Their testimony concerning the multiple injuries to Tim's body is devastating evidence.

Where to start? Hmmm Tim was more than 7 times over the legal limit of being drunk. Medical facts show that most people fall into a coma at a point somewhere between 3-4 times over the limit. That in and of itself speaks volumes of just how much brain damage Tim had done to himself prior to this incident. Pictures of Tim in the hospital released by those representing themselves as family members did not show the extent of swelling to his head as you are putting forth. Also it was released that he was put in a medically induced coma because he was detoxing to the point he was a danger to himself and others around him. The timeline between Tim's arrest and when he was in the booking room does not support your assumption that there was any beating administered by the police before him being lead into the booking room. Also The tape of the booking showed no eveidence of Tim being beaten before he arrived in the booking room. Where these supposed internal injuries came from are anyone's guess but facts show that they did not come while in police custody.

Tim is my Son and I love him uncondentional, as any Mother would. He has had his Demons all of his 46 years and continues to struggle with them, after this injury. He is fighting them everyday, so, please pry for him to recover and overcome this awful disease. I hope that no one out there has to go through what he and his family have gone through. It can make you feel so helpless.
Most of all the posting are so far from the truth, so, until you know the real truth, please, stop your guessing and waite for the real truth to come out of this really Sad suitation in Kenton, Ohio.
