Really??? This is the type of person that will never change. Yes Douggie deals drugs and did take over the dealing for him when he went to fed prison. Now Lisa Helton and some guy named Tim deals his drugs for him along with his dope head son. His apartments are not redone from what i heard the water has made people sick including kids.Everyone thinks that factory polluted taylor creek it was his appts. cause he has no septic it just runs into the creek. He is a joke and should not be allowed to rent anything.

He ordered too much material then tried to steal it from me, instead of returning unused stuff. He constantly asked for more money for "wages" but had 2 men on the job. He wanted this money up front for the work they were going to do.
He threatened me physically is I didn't give him more money ....twice as much as agreed upon.
I said I would pay for materials as they used them. All he had to do is give me a receipt. He brings in a pile of receipts with a post it nite saying I owed him over $700. I doubled checked, added up the receipts. They aded up to a little over $300. Then wanted to ague about amount
No worth it. Work is below average

For one he doesn't do drugs anymore! For two his son isn't dealing it for him, whatever Seth does has nothing to do with his father! Dave has grown up ALOT! He may have not been the most perfect guy in the pat but he is trying his best! He has five beautiful kids to worry about now and he's not all about drugs he worried about getting his life back on trck I don't see why people would want to put someone down so bad! Luckily Dave don't give a fuk what anyone has to say about him! You guys do you and hell he will do him! And for him threatening funny thing is Dave would NEVER threaten anyone in a million years! I know him really well? And I don't give a fuck what any of you have to say! If his work was so shitty the. Why does he get great buisniss yeah that's right so fuck off and leave him alone!
