If you're that scared of him, try this:

Step 1. Purchase a small handgun.

Step 2. Learn to safely handle and use said handgun; get acquainted with it.

Step 3. Get licensed to carry a concealed weapon.

Step 4. Carry said handgun on your person at all times.

Watch out. Billy Cozad is out of prison. This one is not your typical drug addict that steals and committs crimes. He does them because he enjoys it. The crimes that sent him to prison included beating a Mexican almost to death over a drug deal. Breaking into a house and beating a woman. And once in prison he was trasferred to a higher level security prison, and then to another higher security prison because he was violent. I was told this by a correction officer that handled him. He told me Billy was violent, especially towards blacks, and would never change. He said he didn't want to change. He told me he's worked in corrections many years and knows when someone wants to change and when someone is manipulating. He said Billy was one of the biggest manipulators he'd ever met. He was in a gang and is nothing more than a violent criminal. So, beware. He will fool you. A master manipulator. Claims to be a Christian and will quote Bible verses better than most ministers. And in the next breath, he will robb you, beat you, and damn near kill you if he's in the mood. And his family will back him all they way and blame you or anyone else for his behavior. Watch out. This one has the makings to be the next Bundy. Just look into his eyes. Watch is jaw jerk back and forth. He's filled with rage, and sooner or later it's going to surface. And I hope to hell I'm nowhere near him.
I'm just wondering what you did to make him want to harm you? Not too many random people would have such a fear unless they had a reason to.

my my, couldnt wait to start shit for him huh? your prison guard buddy forgot to mention the fact that billy has done everything required of him to be released with no papers no probation no post release no fines, and certificates of completion on anger magmt classes, and volunteer a.a.classes. to me everyone deserves another chance if they make mistakes and learn from them. my guess is he doesnt want to return so i suppose its how you look at things which i see you focused on the negative things hes done therefore your prolly a person who lives a perfect life and doesnt make mistakes or just plain and simple a negative bitch or jealous either way your the kind we pray for, so god bless ya,and hopefully you can find something else to talk about positive if not maybe just shut the fk up hows that?

I hope Billy has turned it around. I knew him back in the day. A heck of an athlete. But he did do stupid stuff and I hope he's learned not to do it anymore. I always thought it messed him up not having a Dad. I always heard his Dad was in town and never came to watch him play. If that is true that is very aweful and sad. I hope he stays away from doing stupid things and gets the help he needs. Yes, everyone deserves a second chance in life. He has it now, so I hope he does something positive with it. Billy's been hurt, and he's hurt some people. Time will tell if he's over his past.

people that know billy well, know he has the ability to hurt people for no reason. He's done this in the past. Just beat up random people. I wouldn't want to piss him off either. Can be a great guy. But he really should stay away from alcohol. I've seen him wasted and he just wants to fight. The original poster probably has seen this, and it is scary when he goes "off".

I don't think Tracy about to have an "african american" grand baby is an issue really. And it def doesn't have anything to do with Billy Cozad so why bring something up like that? Do you know how common bi-racial children and bi-racial relationships are these days? Just because we live in a small redneck town doesn't mean it can't or won't happen here. You just really showed the true colors of a Kentonite. That's just some more racist bs because Kentonites have no common sense or morals when it comes to different races. And Jenna doesn't even live around here anymore so why are you so worried about it? I do agree that Billy deserves another chance, just like Tracy's daughters got, but for Billy's family to get on here and post something about an innocent bi-racial unborn child just shows how they really are. Trashy, rude, immature and totally NOT classy. Good luck to you Billy and to you and your family Tracy. Let bygones be bygones and move forward from this whole messed up situation.

Yea, it is sad. Some, rather many of the people in Billy's life place the blame on the Morrison's for all of his dilemas. They honestly believe that "they" made him do all that he did. Billy did what Billy did because he wanted to at the time. Period. No one could stop him. I wish him the best and hope he learned a lesson. I hope he got some help while gone and someone taught him that his actions are his choice and that no one can make him break the law. Only he can. It's disturbing that he was only out of prison minutes and began texting a member of this family. Why? I think he should just go his way, and let them go theirs. It wasn't a good thing back then so why would he make immediate contact now? All I know is he has a second chance now and I hope he makes the most of it. Same with the Morrison girls. They all did stupid stuff, hopefully learned from it, and will move forward in a positive direction. As for Jenna having a bi-racial baby? Who cares? Really? Is this anyone's business? I think this family is just happy she is off of drugs and doing well. I think they don't care who she choses to date or love as long as he's nice to her, doesn't do drugs, has a job and future, and doesn't beat her. It's over. Move on people.

I agree. He deserves a second chance. Everyone does. Let's see what he does with it. Heard he's already upset that his girlfriend who has stood beside him while in prison and sent him money is fat. Yep, the girl backs him, loves him, supports him, and he gets out and first thing he does is complain about her weight. Same old Billy I'm fraid.

As soon as I read the first post I knew it was Tracy, she can't resist to get on here and jack her jaws.

Everyone can piss and moan about who did what to who and poor Billy cry me a river. As i see it, Billy Cozad should be in prison for many years for the rape of a 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 year old girl. He should count his lucky stars it wasn't my daughter.
