Maybe this is entirely off base, but why doesn't the board hire this Burcheil guy on here to protect the school? It sounds like everyone knows who he is, and would think twice about messing with him. I am new to the area, so I could be wrong?

That's a good idea. He knowws everything about everything and he can whip anyone. There's nothing he can't do. All the super hero comic books were patterned after him. When a woman sees him she falls on he back with her legs spread. He is the greatest thing to ever happen to the world.

What happened to zero tolerance. Seems like a week of school actually shows quite a bit of tolerance. This is garbage

Really like the kid was going to do this. He said it out of anger from being bullied. What about the bullies were they punished probably not cause they were probably football players. I thought bullying was not tolerated in our schools either. Now this kid will end up in the Juvenille Court system and be punished forever. Because the Court system does not care if he was punished by the school they will make him pay again and again and again.
just sayin

REALLY? don't take it serious? why not say that to the parents who have lost their children because of shootings! When do you open your eyes and take it serious? After it happens? If the person was bullied than it should also be brought out and those involved should get punishment also. There are hundreds of kids in our high school and openly accusing a person (with no proof) just because he plays football is also a form of bullying on your part.

Nobody has answered my question yet. Who was it?
If he is allowed back in school and shoots someone, everyone will be sorry that it wasn't dealt with in the first place. It is the responsibility of the school to take care of bullying and do some suspending of bullies. If they don't do their jobs, then publicize it and change administration. The administration is supposed to work for the good of the people and if they aren't performing adequately, make changes, from the top down.

As if letting him back in school is going to solve him being bullied? I am sure that it is only going to get worse.

Parents and school officials allowing bullies to continue their harassment. Toxic environment. Get your kids out of KCS. You have options.

Ok the way i see it what is bulling is it when a kid's try's to fit in and get told there not welcome in that group. I think that is the way of life. Now if a kid gets pushed around and called names for no reason that is not right. The thing is that kid's that is getting pushed around and called names keep on pushing the group of kids into liking him or her and wont stop. That's not right ether so what can you do its always two sides of the story.

What I have heard he was a newer student at the High School and of course some of the all mighty kids who think they are better than others took it upon themselves to harrass him.

This has turned into a nationwide serious problem, not just here because you hate this school(your comments on other threads proves this). This is a nationwide school problem. Years ago kids were taught respect, manners and were punished when they didn't. Since discipline has been taken away from parents and schools it has gotten worse and will continue to.

You must not have a child in school. Its everywhere. Ridgemont had a large number of students transfer out because of bullying by students and parents, there are children being harassed at USV by students and parents. It's everywhere not just KCS. Toxic environments can be created anywhere, school, home, work. Its what we do to help fix the problem that should be debated. Not just school officials are responsible, parents, students, and community must work together.

Just depends on who is on the school board, administration, and what your last name is! If you don't know anyone there or are them or how much money you donate then you are a nobody and they don't care!

and if you try to report it to the cops,, they say that kids between the ages of 4 to 14 aren't old enough to be bullies!!! that's what i was told when we had a problem with bullies at espy for the last 4 years!! the other problem is that the ones that are doing the bulling have already been to jdc and don't care if they go back!!! then you have the parents of them that really can't be bothered with the problem cause they are to worried about where they are gonna get their next high from!! so therefore the kid is left out there to fend for themselves therefore continue to bully others cause that is the only attention they get!!!

That means nothing if someone knows who it is. Surely everyone at the high school knows who it is.
