From my experience Time Warner is way over priced and their internet is constantly down. Plus their customer service is terrible and their installers are pure scumbags.

I had TW at first, then got tired of the bills varying each month and poor customer service. Switched to DISH... huge mistake. DISH was really bad about losing the signal if the wind blew, if it rained, if something happened down by Columbus, etc. Dish customer service is even worse that TW. So I came back to TW and at least I get better service now, and so far, my bill has been the same every month, being no more than a few pennies difference. As far as the posers with their running battle, they run their mouths in every post, so just ignore their comments.

Set up twc internet a few months back and had horrible customer service. Very rude, not paying attention to what I was asking, unable to answer my quesions, the rep used some very inappropriate language.

I'm tempted to just put up an antenna, and get rid of the landline phone, go with strictly cell-phone and magic jack, and internet service only! Anyway, I appreciate people taking time to answer.
It's been just a few weeks shy of a year since I terminated a decade old agreement with dish network, representing a $1486.00 savings. The main reason I terminated was because I was done being lied to and manipulated by media. There are new DVD players out there that are already netflix and youtube friendly in the $80.00 range.

I have Direct tv and my bill just for the tv is 105 a month. I have been with them for 4 years. I left TW because I got tired of the run around they would give me. I wish that I could get an attena and be done with it.

I absolutely love my MajicJack Plus phone service ($100 for 5 years), yes folks 5 yrs., in combination with TWC Roadrunner Plus Inet access ($60/month). I found you must have hi-speed inet (minimum 20 mbps download speed) for the MajicJack to work properly. I also have TWC basic cable service (about $25/month)and a Dish Network Home Satellite system which also includes a remote receiver and dish on a RV (about $90/month). Just sayin.
