Why is it that all of the heroine dealers and dope fiends around here never make it to prison? In the name of "treatment" they get the privlage of freedom and not truely living up to their actions. A slap on the wrist, so to say, is one of the reasons these idiots run around still doing drugs and stealing. Maybe some time in the pen where there is no place to run or hide, where you must stand on your own two feet and fight your own fights, would make these ppl think about the bullshit they are pulling. I think taking another man/womens freedom in order to stay free is one of the most cowardly things someone could do. Guess people are just spineless these days. Ha cowards.

Sounds like you or someone close got busted. I do feel sorry...NOT! Fn dont do the crime and you dont have to worry about snithces. What a freakin joke, the only people who worry about snitches are the ones who need to get busted. Get it dipsh*t?

its an endless circle. The person who was snitched on will snitch on someone else and no jail time will be served by any. It gets old. why wouldnt they snitch and take a get out of jail free card, human nature to protect ones self. Calling these people cowards is pointless as well. I think they have much bigger problems than the amount of bravery they posses. The whole system is seriously flawed but the biggest problem is where to put all these junkies. Its not like the jail has room. House arrest is pointless they will just have it delivered. I don't do drugs but you can bet your butt if I see someone doing it or selling it near my house I won't think twice about calling the police .

I love how most people like drug dealers or heroin addicts or example of you get caught with guns in your apartment with two little kids you don't get jail time. Just a slap on the wrist but a mother sticks up for her run away child and then picks him up because Kenton Lifeworks can't do their job and the mother gets twenty straight days and the people who took her runaway child to a different county doesn't get introuble and either does the people he was stayin with. Mmmm that's bull right? I don't feel one bit sorrynfornthe heroin heads or dealers.

Drug addicts are not free. They're nothing more than slaves no matter which side of the bars they're looking from and no matter whether they're users or dealers. In fact, junkies are doing exactly what the government wants them to do, keep using and distibuting. For local governments, junkies are a source of revenue. For prison populations, they're easy to fill quotas, especially for the privatized prison population. For the alley close to my home, well, they're entertainment in a sick way. A guy running down the alley with one hand in his pocket, come on, we know. No snitches required, addicts tell on themselves.

It is so sad that for the last 11 yrs we've seen nothing but a steady supply of opiates increase to a point of having massive addiction problems in these small towns. The drug war has failed miserably.

Actually, it's succeeded.

degradation of society... Success
Made a small handful of people very wealthy... Success
Creation of the prison industrial complex... Success
Created another reason to divide us... Success
Funds foreign acts of terrorism... Success
Endless wars... Success
Destruction of the US Constitution.... Success.

It's not just Afghanistan opiates now. Iraq and now Mexico also supplies these drugs.

It is not so much that i worry about the snitches, it is the fact that they are committing crimes which are punishable by prison, but they do not get sent there. Where is the justice? I mean im sure we would all commit more crime in one form or another if we knew there would be no punishment. In one of its lowest forms, would most people not drive 80-90mph on the freeway if you knew you wouldnt get in trouble for it? Same with the druggies and dealers, why would they stop using if they already know they can just tell and serve no jail time?
