What happened to Jesse was a terrible tragedy. No family should have to go through losing their only child at 16. I am a mom of a only child, and I can just imagine what his parents are going through. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones. His killers should be brought to justice, and until then our community should come together to help his family in any manner.

Sorry if I sound rude, but how many teens do you know who do exactly what their parents want? He's sixteen, and i know many sixteen year olds who are out at that time on weekends.

If Parents care about there children they make sure they are safe.
Jessie was 16 years old. Too young to die
The parents did not do there job
It does not take a village it,takes parents.
You might not like what I say, but it's true.
The parents should be charged with neglect!!!
End of story.

THATS JUST BS! What parent in their right mind wants to harm their child? This was just a terrible tragedy! You must not get out enough, to know how many young teens are out nowadays.. This is not the 60's where you can shield them from every little thing.

I would never want any parent to go through what
Jessie's parents are going through.
At some level PARENTS must take responsabilty of THEIR CHILDREN. I Know certian cultures like to let their children run around like a bunch of wild animals. Untill that mind set changes there will be one Jessie after another, and a mother asking how could this happen to my baby.
Does this make sence to you Shelly B and Sany??
Do you understand basic responsability????

I hear you real deal. Even when I was 16 I still had a curfew and my parents knew where I was at. If I wasn't on time they would start calling my cell phone or worse yet, start driving around looking for me. At the time I thought it was too much, but now I know that they were very aware of the dangers of today's society and they had my best interests and my safety in mind. Even today, being a little older, I would never be in a park at 1:30AM. My dad always said, "Nothing good happens after midnight".

At the same time, my heart goes out to this family. Truly a tragic and demoralizing situation. My prayers to the friends and family.

How come we are not hearing anything about his murders? The last I heard was that they were being questioned, well what is going on here? I feel as if this is just being swept under the rug.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
