The caretaker should be held to the highest level of punishment which is death. This is the only way we can protect the children here in the USA. The level of predators and abusers are so extreme now. Why, why, why?! What drives these people? I still say offenders should be executed because we can never put them back into society with any level of certainty that they will not offend.

I agree with Donny. To take a child who is already in a traumatic situation and place them in a circumstance where they trust and depend on you, and then traumatize them further is unforgivable. To traumatize them in this manner deserves the highest possible form of punishment because someone like this should not ever have the opportunity to do something like this to ayone else ever again.
