Samuel D Faulkner has consulted or testified for law enforcement in over 280 cases across the country. His falsified personal resume has been entered into court records on many district court cases.
He claimed as his military background in District Court Case #1:03-cv-00240-PRM the following;
USMC Basic Training at Paris Island;
PFC Meritoriously;
Platoon Dress Blue Honor Man;
National Spirit Honor Medal from Congress awarded to 1 in 10.000 Marines;
First person in the history of Marine Corp Boot Camp to graduate with perfect Proficiency and Conduct evaluation marks;
USMCR Instructor in hand-to-hand combat and physical training;
Honorably discharged with the rank of sergeant.

Samuel D Faulkner WAS NEVER a United States Marine.
The Congressional Medal he claims does not exist.
This is a federal offense. An on-going investigation into his other credentials will continue.
In the 2011 Webb v. Raleigh County Sheriff's Department civil trial, Samuel D Faulkner testified for the defendant stating that the only thing he would have done different from the deputies response was to shoot Rob Webb sooner.
Samuel D Faulkner, Use of Force Expert is no expert at all.

Your characterization of Mr. Faulkner's Marine service is untrue and unfair. I knew him when he enlisted and when he graduated boot camp. The awards he received are true and accurate. I do not know if the "National Spirit Honor Medal" is awarded by Congress, but it WAS awarded to him, along with a promotion. He served his required 6 years as a Marine reserve and that would almost certainly have advanced him to the rank of sergeant. I have not spoken to him in 30 years, but must come to his defense.

Clarke,
Could you please answer a few questions for me to help establish YOUR credibility?
1. How did you come to know Samuel D Faulkner?
2. How do you know that the Samuel D Faulkner I am referring to is the same person you know?
3. What was your relationship with Faulkner 30 years ago?
4. You mentioned that you knew Faulkner when he enlisted and when he graduated boot camp. What year was that?
5. Were you enlisted in the USMC?
6. Did you personally attend a ceremony that awarded Faulkner a National Spirit Award along with a promotion?
7 How do you know these facts in his resume about his military background are true?
8. Do you think someone that was really in the USMC would not know how to spell Parris Island (Paris) or Colonel (Coronal)?
9. What motive would you have to come to his defense; someone who you had not spoken to in 30 years?
10. Considering the content of your post, are you Samuel D Faulkner posing as Clarke?

Please kindly reply to these questions and I'll be watching for your answers.
Thanks!

Clarke: Since you say the characterization of Mr. Faulkners Marines service is beng untrue and unfair, please show me proof that there is such a medal as " National Spirit Honor Medal" that sounds more like an award given to a cheerleader!!! LOL I'd like to see proof that any such medal exists. I think you know as well as I do, that's bogus.

I disagree CLARKE, depending on his MOS (if you even know what that stands for) if there were any positions open in his field of duty, would he possibly have been promoted to sgt. 6 years in the reserves does NOT certainly mean he would get a promotion! Faulkner, study up on the military a bit more, the lies are obvious to a true military person!!
