Government can be bought and sold, politicians can be bought and sold and the justice system is a prostitute as well.

Lost in all the legal malfunctions of this case is MR. GEORGE. He pulls a rabbit out of his hat and deep pockets for a wife who was sleeping around with Jeff and John and who knows who and rubbing his nose in it all the while. He may meet the clinical definition of a MAN but not most people's definition of a real man. He could use some testosterone therapy. Wonder how long before she's on the prowl again???

We all knew she was guilty in the first place. But we all knew that her monetary status would play a bigger part than her defense team could. It was the same thing with O.J. Simpson. We can't do nothing about her guilt or innocence. But we can definetly do something about Bevan-Walsh. Maybe the money went to her?

The Court refused the case without comment. Chief Justice Moyer we are not fooled. Money talks in Columbus! Let's not forget you're the one who wants Ohio judges appointed instead of elected so they don't feel obligated to the voters. Let's not forget you're the one who started a fight with another justice within the halls of the court and virtually nothing came of it. Can any Ohioan really expect justice from your court? I don't think so. I have little respect for anything that comes out of our State Supreme Court.

one boy friend wanted to be a hero and killed the boy friend that was bothering her. Period, end of story
what evidence shows she ASKED him to kill
Read all of the articles on this story, but first pull your head out of your butt so you can see to read.

What a nice fairy tale world you live in, I have swamp land in Florida for sale. Do you think OJ was innocent too?

I am sure Cynthia and John were just exchanging recipes or maybe stock tips with all their phone calls right up to the killing and after. Have you researched this case at all? Or are you just a relative or misguided devoted friend of Cynthia?

I will say one thing: Zack was a creep of the first-degree. Cheating on his wife, for one thing (I know, so was Mrs. George), fathering a kid out of wedlock, then threatening to take the kid to Israel and never return. The entire sordid situation ruined so many lives. The men are paying for what they did, and believe me, Cindy has---and will continue---to pay in ways we can't even imagine. No, no one has the right to kill another, but let's not paint Zack as some helpless innocent victim. He was a scumbag. As were the people involved in this crime.

Can someone tell my what she did with her money to "buy" her freedom? Is using her money to hire an attorney and file appeals "buying" your freedom? I dont see the "money talks bullsh** walks" evidence here. Someone tell me, how did her money help her other than that?

Cindy: Yes you are free and people will say all kinds of cruel things about you and your husband's money. The best thing you can do now is shut your mouth, take care of your husband and children and try not to stray again. I would be on my knees thanking the Lord for my good fortune

Ms. Shay: You hit it on the head. Their money went to Walsh because as long as she is prosecutor it doesn't matter how good the investigators are, a criminal has a great chance under her watch.
One Comment: Amen brother (or sister). Her office is totally incompetent. If she had an ounce of dignity she would resign immediately. And we traded Callahan for this amature? At least he could find the courthouse and try a case.
It is nice to see that after a day or two the taxpayer funded billboards promoting Walsh and CSEA that contained a phone number to a sex line have been, um, modified (read: obliterated). Some professional she turned out to be. I saw two (one on Braodway near the Knight Center if you care to look). What a disgrace. Why do we put up with this? Way to protect our kids, Sherri!

the lawyers make the laws to benefit them and their laws, not the working class. let's stick it to em!!!!!!!!! We only need a few honest ones to make final decisions...

I guess the only satisfaction any of us can have who want to see justice done is that her reputation is forever ruined - just like OJ's. She is a tarnished woman in this community forever. Her family has to be humiliated by her. So she may live her remaining years in luxury and freedom but she knows in her heart what she did: murder. She also knows that in the end she will be accountable to God for that, just as John Zaffino and all murderers are.
