Ohio.com - Supreme Court declines to hear Cynthia George case

The Ohio Supreme Court today announced that it would not accept an appeal filed by prosecutors in the Cynthia George case.

Good! As corrupted as Ohio is, especially Summit County, why shouldn't she get off and make Bevan-Walsh look bad. After all, Bevan-Walsh tries to keep innocent people in jail and is a pedophile advocate.

I agree. The point is not if she is guilty. Its rather or not the SCPO can prove she is. For once the Justice System worked the way it's supposed to work.

The only thing the George family has done they hired a very smart attorney that is very knowledgeable of the Ohio Constitution and Laws. Ms George is no different than the drug dealers, murders, rapists, and other crimmals who have had their rights ignored by the court. This affords the release of these individuals back into society.

I have one more item that may interest the Beacon readers, Sherry Bevan Walsh, before being elected to County Prosecutor was a Workers Comp attorney. She never took a crimmal case to court in her law career. People were so bent on removing an individual because of his party affiliation rather than looking at someone's credentials. You get what you elect. We need only look to Washington D.C.!!

Money talks, B.S. walks. Is it just a coincident that Mr. George sold Tangier's at the "right time" to buy someone to set Cindy free?

Anyone that thinks she's innocent should read the dissenting opinion from the court when she was released from prison. All the facts are there and they are black and white. She put poor Zaffino up to it. It's a shame what a guy can be sweet talked into.

Well Bob Meeker Is So crooked he has to screw his pants on. Didnt he Sue the city for someone. That got hurt at the Balch Street athletic club?( That He used to own) And win???? Might of avoided a lawsuit just in time. And GOt to collect the fee's. Saved money and made some at the same time. Good timing I would say.

She screwed this case up, she screwed the Elkins case up, she just basically had a judge tell her to drop her case against an accused rapist because the accuser had been caught in so many lies and inconsistencies in her story, which she knew about all along. Bevan-Walsh is either incredibly incompetent, or as evil as Cythnia Whore George.

It's so stupid. I've seen people convicted on less evidence. There's not enough evidence to convict George? Give me a break. The Ohio courts should take a look at the Jeffrey Pelley case in Ohio. Had even less evidence than this one but a jury still found him guilty.

I am ashamed to be from this area. I truly hoped that justice couldn't be bought and sold. I have never seen a more guilty person and I’m sickened by the fact that she was let free. I hope her children aren’t as ignorant as her husband. She's a consciousless harlot that hides behind the same bible that all of her actions go against. Nice.
