I'm on the Smart 4 Life Cookie diet which is very similar. You have to eat 6 cookies per day, and a lean protein dinner, which includes five servings of vegetables, which you can split at lunchtime. You can also order soups, shakes, etc. The cost for 5 weeks, is $269. I've been on the diet for about a week, and lost 5 pounds. The website is www.smartforlife.com . Each cookie contains 105 calories,0 cholesterol, and 0 trans fat.

My friend Rachel used the program at Lifestyle Weight Management and lost over 35 pounds in three months. The system does work. I'm going to use it to drop 10 pounds this month. Want to look good in that bathing suit:)

I heard Smart 4 Life doesn't use the real Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet and that their program is not as effective for whatever reason. My friend switched to Lifestyle Weight Management because he was hungry all the time with the imitation cookies from Smart 4 Life, and liked Lifestyle's program a lot more. He signed up thru www.LifestyleWeightManagement.com

The cookies aren't as good as Mom's homemade right from the oven, but for a food that controls my hunger, they are pretty good. Chocolate is my fav

They aren't as good as Mom's right out of the oven, but considering they keep me from being hungry, they're pretty good. Chocolate is definitely my fav

Yes, the cookie diet works. I lost 75 lbs on it and it was pretty easy. I used R&D Diet Cookies instead of these. R&Ds are much cheaper and I think they work better and taste better too.
