HOW MANY OTHER JAYCEE'S ARE THERE? Perhaps an independent AUDIT of all the Meagan's law perps is in order - except the law itself IS ON HOLD NOW - as it is being challenged.

Deputy Fife was probably within 20 feet of this kidnapped woman's makeshift cell but did not have the instinct to check it out or get a warrant on this known pervert with a criminal record for being one. What kind of standards do they set down there for being a police officer? Negligence by Law Enforcement can be truly dangerous sometimes, especially in this case.
