I have 2 theories. First, As in the movie Demolition Man, Taco Bell wins the franchise war & all restaurants will include fine dining at Taco Bell. All restrooms will include 3 seashells & no toilet paper. This was predicted in the '90's & is coming true.

Second, I think they're building this Taco Bell on Indian Burial ground. That's why it's taking so long to build because the land is CURSED!!

Supposedly mid August. Here's an article from the Herald-dispatch which is explains why it's been taking so long. This definitely isn't any Taco Bell I've ever seen .. the engineering/architectural details show that it's some sort of national prototype of what they want to do, upscaling it and making it very comfortable (as well as energy efficient). The interior pics look great but definitely not what I would have expected. My only question is how did we (Kenova) manage to get such a huge and unusually special store prototype built HERE? I hardly think that the Kenova demographics are typical of "average middle america" in income etc...
