Dog grooming/boarding place on Walker Branch in Ceredo. Small poodle (4/5 pounds) that was being boarded there "escaped" and was found several days later by the owners.
took my dog there once for grooming. never went back.

I would like to take the time to appoligize for any bad experience that you may have had with wbf. If you would have brought this problem to the attention on the owner "Susie Yates" she would have addressed it and would have done something to have made it right but we would like to let you know that we now have a new groomer and would like to invite you all to come and give us another try. Hope to see you soon Wigglebutt Farms!!!!

I wouldn't take my pet to wigglebutts! I know the people who lost their dog while on vacation. The family was out everyday looking for this little dog and trying to clean up the mess that Wigglebutt created while the little boy was at the beach crying for his best friend! Luckily it all turned out ok but the little dog was on the run for 3-4 days. Wigglebutt should have kept a better eye on the dog. Don't take anything to Wigglebutt Farms!!!

I took my dog there once for grooming. Grooming job was ok but I had an uncomfortable feeling about the whole place. Nothing I could put my finger on...just a "mother's" instinct.
Never went back.

I took my dog there once for Grooming and they did a wonderful job with him he looked soo much better when they was dine with him and I happen to know the owner and she is wonderful and one of the nicest people I have ever met!!! and she did all she could do to find the dog and it was found safe and sound she was even up all night looking for it and put the story on he news so people could be on the lookout for it!! I would highly reccomnd wigglebutts to anyone!!!

Yeah... if you wanna lose your dog then I would recommend Wigglebutt. Just because the owner is nice doesn't mean she can keep up with other peoples dogs! How would you feel if your dog was on the run for the whole time you were on vacation? That family just got lucky to get that dog back safe. And from what I hear, the peoples little boy was a mess the whole vacation. When you take your dog to places like this while you are gone, you expect for them to be there when you get back, not having to explain to your child that they might not ever see their best friend again. I wouldn't take a cock roach out there, but they probaby already have them!!!

I have boarded my 3 dogs at wigglebutts. Anything can happen even when you are at home with your dogs! My dogs were very well taken care of. Now I have 4 dogs and when I need wigglebutts all 4 will be out there with suzy and the gang they love it out there and I know that they are being taken care of

Okay, I agree that it's scary when a dog is lost. I even agree that a boarder bears responsibility. But...this is what I don't get: if a dog means so much to a family, why not vacation so that the "best friend" can be included? It IS possible, with a little planning.

Any time...ANY time...you leave your dog, or your child, or any living thing in someone else's care, you're abdicating your responsibility in favor of someone else having that burden. I get sick and tired of people treating pets as mere conveniences. How inconvenient, really, is it to plan a vacation that includes a pet? If it's too tough, and you have to take trips for fun, don't get a pet.

Emergency trips? Whole other matter. But a VACATION? That's leisure time. You can't include your PET? And then want to pretend like it's a "part of the family?" Give me a break.

to erm... That's why they have places like this to keep your dogs so you don't have to take them on vacation. As for the family I am not sure why they didn't take their dog but I do know they have more than one dog! I am sure you have left your dog before to vacation so don't get on here and act like a pet police! Give me a break! Wigglebutt should have never opened if they couldn't keep up with other peoples animals!

Erm you have no idea what you are talking about. These places are for pets to go so people don't have to take them on vacation. Don't act like everything you plan is for your pet. Just because this family left there dog to go on vacation doesn't mean they don't love their dog! How stupid could one person be! People do it everyday and still love their animal like a family member! And that dog should have been safe for the entire time they were away!

I agree with Kenova..erm is not very smart. If everyone took their pets everywhere they went, then there would be no need for kennels. As for Wigglebutt, I took my dog there one time and hated the place! It smelled so bad of shit just as soon as I walked in the door that I could hardly breathe! I also told the owner that I did not want my dog outside without a leash because he is small, and my friend went by on two seperate days and he was outside alone! Will never go there again! If you love your animals, don't go to wigglebutt farms on Walker Branch Road! Erm find something else to gossip on because your opinions are stupid!!!

ok people!!! I happen to love Wigglebutt farms!! the owner is extremely nice and cares deeply about the dogs she has in her care!! I mean people drop dogs off in her yard alot if they do not want them and instead of her takeing them somewhere to be put down or to a shelter she keeps them for her self, not many people would do that!! she is also a very sweet person!! how many of you all have actually met her??? give her a break she does the best she can do!!!

LOL! They also make places to dump your kids off if you don't want to be bothered, too. Or grandma. Does that mean people do that??? Just for FUN? No, usually only in emergencies.

Come on, people, get off your little trying to destroy a local business game. This garbage went on in the local paper quite a bit, too...people who supposedly care about animals putting down other people who work with animals, blah blah blah. It's pathetic.

I don't know a damn thing about Wigglebutts, but at least I can say one thing: whoever runs that place has class. I saw it announced on the local news. I didn't see anyone trying to hide anything. What I saw was a NORMAL thing that sometimes happens with pets being taken care of in a RESPONSIBLE way. And I'd be willing to bet that whoever runs that kennel was out looking for that little dog more than any of you...so how much do you REALLY care???

Get over yourselves. This is stupid. You got a personal problem with the owner? Take it up in private. This is harrassment, for goodness sakes.

No wonder we can't get more businesses in our area. Pathetic nasty gossips. Get a life.

Ok people you all are so pathetic I do know for a fact that Susie was out looking for that little dog "Annabell" for the 2 days she was missing and she didnt stop until she was found so get a grip and get over it.Wigglebutts is a great place for all dogs they have several people that have brought their dogs and continue to bring them back. They are wonderful people and they deeply care for all animals. And for you that said it smelled like shit I know that could not be true have you been to the pound lately now that place smells like shit so you people need to get a life and quit dogging those people that are doing such a good job.... Wigglebutts keep up the good work.

Wigglebutts is a good place and I think they even help Little Victories out any pet border, groomer or even the vet might have a lost dog at some point if it don't happen all the time then it just mean they are human and can make mistakes like we all do
